if u mean the 1 that he added and didn't draw , he said he supposed that there is an addtional 1 so that he would have an odd number of 1's to make the answer more intersting 11:47
He said that he changed it specially and added one before to make the example more interesting 11:46 . So the initial value of ones changed from even to odd.
No words to explain how good is this !
Thankyou very much!

some body...
excellent , you save my life, thank you so much sir :)
How about high density bipolar?
Plz reply ASAP... why u add that 1 at starting
if u mean the 1 that he added and didn't draw , he said he supposed that there is an addtional 1 so that he would have an odd number of 1's to make the answer more intersting 11:47
Excellent
if u add one '1' in the beginning for HDB3 encoding then your last pulse will be positive
well done!
Nice
in HDB3 at frist you have an even nom of 1 so you shold use +00+ :)
He estimated that there was three 1 that means odd. That's why he used 000-
why is he estimating that there was three 1s? The one he's using starts with two 1s, so shouldnt it be +00+?
He said that he changed it specially and added one before to make the example more interesting 11:46 . So the initial value of ones changed from even to odd.
thanks sir
Thanks! :)
If you add one zero at the beginning , your last pulse will be positive(+)
It couldn't be clearer =)
Tum logg sale scrambling ka proper note ni h:(
