Thanks to all these realtors property in Charlote is unaffordable. Locals were forced to move somewhere else. Now Charlotte that used to be an affordable place for buying property is as expensive as the big cities. So sad.
I miss the old Charlotte. Too much building going on and too crowded!

This is the best Charlotte NC video I’ve seen. Your Lake Wylie video is excellent too. I moved to Charlotte in 2007. I’m so grateful that I moved here when the homes were still very reasonably priced. The River District will be next popular new community. Charlotte has done an amazing job with master planned communities. The prices have increased. Having come from a major city, I can say that even with increased prices you still get more bang for your buck.

Hi, in what city are you living? I want to move there, but don't know which is the best city. We have 3 kids, so looking for good school too.
@@betylopez2385 I live in Charlotte. My only son is now 28 so I cannot speak with authority on the school system. I had him in private school for middle school because kids lacked discipline and the school administration was useless. Will you be buying a home? If you are planning to rent here do know that it’s expensive and a bit of a nightmare if you are not renting on the very high end. Since you have children I’d look into Raleigh and some of the new developments there. The city has great parks museums, libraries etc. Also, Greenville, SC is great. Charlotte is great if you plan to buy in a well established neighborhood. Check the crime stats.

This video mad the whole of Charlotte seem amazing now I am more confused on a area. I was told that East Charlotte is not so good area: What are your thoughts?

Is it true about snakes all over charlotte and the outskirts? We’re thinking about moving to Charlotte from Long Island but the snakes situation might be a deal breaker for my wife
Hey Roderigo… Thanks for reaching out. There are snakes that live in the Charlotte area but you rarely see them. They are afraid of you. The closer to the city you get the less likely you will ever see one. I live about 40 minutes outside of Charlotte and I have only seen two snakes in, the 15 years I’ve lived here.

Yes Sir. I have 3 kids and they love the Charlotte area. There are so many great places to visit in the Charlotte area with your kids. The cost of living here in the Charlotte area is less than the national average as well.
I've lived in Charlotte for about 4ish years and I've only ever seen like 2 snakes also. They also weren't at my house, I play a lot of disc golf and saw them in the woods. Fun fact! Charlotte is also one of the top cities in the country for disc golf, which is seeing a huge resurgence since Covid. And there are tons of courses located all over town!
Charlotte was nice.To many Dems.tax tax and spend.They are getting as bad as NY,CAL.i will be .moving out in 60 days.
