Hi Patrick. Beautiful plants there. I never seen a monkey tail cactus until this video! Wow so pretty. The Hoya’s blooms were pretty. And yes I smiled when you were looking at the Brazil leaves. The leaves are all so different on every Brazil.

Patrick, I am so glad I found you on YT! I have never in my life been attracted to cacti or succulents (with the exception of Hoya, of course!) but after watching you and seeing your passion for them, I have found a whole new type of plant to love. Thank you for opening my eyes to them all. Now I just have to decide what my first cactus ever is going to be. It’s tough because there are so many amazing ones to choose from. The cactus with the pastel colored spines is so pretty! I’ve never seen that before and I hope I see one in person one day. The plant at 21:53 is too cute! When I saw it I thought of a mannequin head with a white wig 😜 lol. My favorite was the wheelbarrow with the succulents in it 😍😍😍. That is so beautiful. You visit the best places, Patrick 💚💚💚

Hiii Grace!!! Cacti and succulents have been calling my name lately and I've been all ears 👂😂 They are such unique plants and each plant takes so long to grow that they all kind of have their own history. Super fascinating! I was having this same conversation with the owner of this nursery and I learned that while our favorite tropical houseplants are beautiful, expensive and maybe hard to acquire, certain cacti species can truly be more rare than some houseplants that a lot of sellers like to call "rare" lol that was a cool realization for me! I'm loving them and they are so much fun to collect! 🤯🌵
Yea, thanks, you ID’d my Petopentia natalensis for me. I have a lovely one who’s vine trails up and over a bakers rack on my patio. Cool nursery, I’ll check it out 🌺

@@Patadendron I went on Thurs with my mom and it was awesome! Even though we got there 15 min before they closed, Oscar put on a 20 min clinic about astrophytum..he was even wearing an astrophytum t-shirt! I love when people are so excited about their passion! 😊

@@Patadendron im lucky. My best friend lives a few minutes away from there. So before I make my weekly visit, i hit GT.. also, if you want it, make the drive and buy it..!! If anything make your way down to the event and use the event as a video and purchasing opportunity 😂

The monkey tail cactus is stunning it would look so cool in a terra cotta pot, but it’s expensive. Did they have any smaller and for a lot less? Oh damn you just showed us some smaller ones! Lol thanks

When i got my cactus my mother remembered how her father would cut up the cactus because of how spiky and dangerous they are, so he would cut them up and in the Philippines it was common to dispose garbage differently, as i remember during my visit when i was younger, so he would throw the bits on the ground and they would just come back up lol.

I recently just got my very first two cactus plants, one being a fairy castle cactus (it looks like the sweetest miniature cactus "tree), and a round i don't know the name of. I think i may have gotten lucky because they're like little bonsai cactus.
Those are cute cacti to start with! They are so beautiful and fascinating! Especially when they bloom. Bonsai cactus! Totally! They are so special because it takes so long for them to get big so each little plant holds quite a bit of history! I love that about cacti 💚
@@Patadendron that’s a beautiful way of looking at it. That’s how I feel about precious gems and crystals. Hopefully they’ll thrive just fine here so they could be well appreciated as they’re handed down.

I follow all my local nurseries on Instagram! Some nursery owners I’ve really gotten to know and have build great friendships with and they also give me the heads up!
The owner of that nursery really knows the truth. More monkey tails, more happiness. Cool cool cool, nursery. And I am sooooo happy to hear that you ordered a monkey tail. Believe me, Patrick. If my house collapse or burn, I will definitely grap my monkey and run. So happy morning to me. It's 6 a.m. in Korea, you know. 😘
