Burrito Bowl with a Naija Twist

  • This one of my top go-to meals when I am craving Nigerian rice and stew, but I want a nutritionally dense meal or a burrito bowl.
    You will need:
    boneless chicken thighs
    plum tomatoes
    red onions
    red bell peppers
    scotch bonnet
    garlic
    balsamic vinegar
    olive oil
    chicken seasoning
    garlic powder
    Thai basil
    cilantro
    I served this with black beans and rice.
