That drawer from the register was set up for use, probably starting change for the day, wherever this was used before. For all you people that cannot believe this was real. That to me explains why it was left the way it was. Great find Jeremy!

I’ve never done A storage locker auction. And I don’t normally watch these kind of videos. But Jeremy‘s excitement and enthusiasm has caused me to watch about 20 of these in the last three days. You guys find some cool collectible stuff that even I would be interested in.

Haven't read all comments. So probably to late. I have a slot machine like some of yours. I started mine by using a key and the reset button on the power supply. Inside on one of the boards are instructions to reset the machine .
I hope you do a follow up on the slot machines. Did you get them working?

@@WhatTheHales Aloha! I don't think we have these auctions in Hawaii, but I am not 100% sure on that. Money is so tight here I assume the storage businesses probably keep everything in the units lol. But if I lived on the mainland, I would totally do this because I love rummaging through boxes and stuff. I just saw a video of a guy that bought a hoarder house! It's amazing!

@@WhatTheHales it's a replacement note from the mint, original bill was damaged and destroyed. They gotta reprint that same bill serial number but it has a star at the end. Worth more than face value.
At 18:09 those are chime balls you put both of them in your hand and you roll them around it's a relaxing exercise

I don't know squat about slot machines, but it makes sense that they wouldn't work with the door unlocked, or maybe with the cash drawer empty or removed.
I'll have to adjust those things and see if I can get them working right :)

I like doing research and could help you get organized by having a computer inventory, I used to buy truckloads of computers, inventory closeouts, lots, etc... and would keep track of the inventory and what I paid for it... instead to tying to remember what I had or what I paid for it.

If you haven't already sold the d and d dice, make sure you mention in your ad that they are 'cheater' dice because the 'cheater' dice have either 2 ones or two of the highest number on the dice and you can't use them for regular play.

@@WhatTheHales They go for a little more - I think I paid $20 new for my daughter's set - so not outrageously good, but every cent counts. And I have to tell you that although I have over 100 dice myself, I'm always looking for more with a cool color combo - so the market is there. (It's embarrassing that although I'm in my 60's, the game store guy knows I'm a sucker for dice.)

Bacon, fried eggs, beans and toast is what I started my sons on, they were taught by me when they were young and now are brilliant cooks. My brothers are great cooks too and as I can't cook now my husband cooks all our meals. I taught him too, but as we are retired we have plenty of time which you don't have. You work very hard and long hours but it does come in handy to learn. I should be asleep but pain keeps me awake sometimes. Good night and God bless you both. Mary-Ellen

I suggest you ask Gorgeous George to help you, my husband and sons watched me and helped me to prepare everything for ages so they gained confidence, thats the biggest thing you need. We had a lot of fun times and grew closer and I am so proud of them. A student cookbook is a good place to start as they explain a lot. My son started out with Kraft mac and cheese when he was 5. He is now 24 and the most amazing cook! He surpassed my skills long ago. Lucky for me he still cooks for us often. :-)

With a lot of registers there's a small hole on the bottom of the drawer take something and poke up into the hole and 9 times out 10 the drawer will pop open

Slot machine are old school....but there should be a key to key everything over. By then it should reset itself!

I found six registers in the trash. If you take the plate off the bottom you can trip the mechanism inside. I got $24, bills get crammed behind the drawer.
