Great!. I never used the noir tool, and I believe this is your first time too. Scaling with the perspective tool is ingenious. The blurring also adds realism. A fine example, and a practical one too.
I agree with Ranjit Thamatapu that you, with the help of SnapSeed, often change the soul of an image.
The only problem is the music. It is loud, distracting, and unnecessary.

Great edits but would give a tip. Try to minimize the opacity of rain drops on the sky area to give a realistic touch. Else it's amazing ❤

Why you don't make video on editing your photos,
My most popular videos all have my own captured photos edited :) Hope you have seen them.
It would be too repetitive to edit same kinds of photos, so have to get from other sources for this.
