Clifford Carmel "Cliff" Shular - Funeral Service - February 10, 1944 - July 1, 2024

Candler - Clifford Carmel “Cliff” Shular, 80, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 1, 2024, at the Pisgah Manor Health Care Center.
A native of Haywood County, he retired in 2011 from Hickory Springs Management and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church since 1968.
He was the son of the late David Carmel Shular and Nancy Mull Shuler, and also preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Sandra Wood Shular who passed away June 19, 2022, and brother-in-law, Martin Cook.
Surviving are his daughter, Aundria Pressley and husband, Larry of Morganton; grandchildren: Phillip Pressley and wife, Shellie and Melissa Pressley; great granddaughter, Elizabeth Pressley; sister, Ora Blanche Cook, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 4:30 PM Wednesday, July 3, 2024, in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with Pastor Allen Rash and Rev. Dr. Ralph Sexton, Jr. officiating.
The family will receive friends from 3:30 till 4:30 PM Wednesday prior to services at the funeral home.
Burial will be at 10 AM Thursday, July 4, 2024, in Fairview Memorial Gardens, Sylva, NC.
