    Wow, this woman's story is extremely touching. Like she says, trauma stores itself in the body and 'We need to let go of our own control in order to trust and heal again".

    As a master hypnotherapist specializing in treating trauma I can attest that hypnosis is the best venue to heal. At my practice I integrate it with neuroscience, quantum energy and spirituality to facilitate Powerful Healing.

    Past lives doesn’t really align with my beliefs but still a very interesting video. Also I do believe in generational trauma passed through dna, hypnosis is amazing been using it for myself in meditations only a few days and I massively feel a difference for sure

      The moment someone talks about past lives... Evidence and scientific thinking just leaves the room. Take everything they say further as a self delusion (that aligns with the evidence and doesnt require outrageous claims). Now, if that delusion helps her, then good for her... Atleast for now. Such delusions come with a lot of baggage and vulnerabilities though.

    Ive tried multiple hypnosis audio files, but really struggle to trance. It seems just when I'm about to trance, my heart jumps, i feel an adrenaline lift, and I'm back to square one. I've even tried the audio after taking a sleeping tablet, to which i do drop off to sleep, but thats probably the wrong type of relaxation for proper hypnosis.

    She sounds like a snake oil salesman. The truth is that anyone can be certified by the numerous “organizations” that certify you to be a hypnotherapist as long as you are willing to pay. It’s like a personal trainer, and it’s not regulated by the government. Not to say that hypnosis is not legit. Just be aware that the quality varies greatly depending on who is doing it.

    • @powerincarnate6783

      Very true, it is very important to check if it's a qualified person, both for hypnotherapy and for regular one, perhaps it is different in the USA, but I highly doubt it from stuff I've read online. But over here In Mexico, psychology was one of those easy careers where a lot of people graduate, but a lot of them will be sub par. So it's important to check people's credentials and if possible check results, perhaps if they have worked with someone you know and did a good job.

    • @Chief-Solarize
      @Chief-Solarize 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      There has been a deliberate effort to obscure the part of human beings where the mind body spirit unite. It's called snakeoil and hocuspocus. Alot of it is. Just like in any other field. Hustlers everywhere. Let's not pretend modern science has consciousness and spirituality nailed down.

    • @chchwoman9960
      @chchwoman9960 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, somehow there is not enough there, no depth. And doesn't mention any formal credentials, so I couldn't image referrals by health professionals as she claims

    Not a licensed therapist. Past life? No scientific support for that. Very woo woo method to deal with such serious matter such as trauma.

    • @DoctorVMD
      @DoctorVMD  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      past life could be woo...however, we do know their epigenetic transference of experiences through generational traumas

    Past life? Thats scary territory....

    • @Motivatedk9
      @Motivatedk9 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Why scary? It's actually not scary at all. Even if you are religious, most religion at it's corr believe we are energy ( soul). Energy in scientific terms doesn't go away it just changes form. All of this understood it seems logical that we can have multiple incarnations. The Buddhist, probably the most peaceful religion on earth believes it. Every other religion has caused wars, I choose to align my beliefs with those of peaceful people. I honestly think that they figured it out a long time ago.
