Dementia patients always seemed to decline more during those months. My grandfather (mom's dad) developed Parkinson's of which most sufferers develop dementia 10 years after diagnosis... My grandma took care of him until she developed Vascular dementia. It's a rare form of brain damage but extremely similar to Alzheimer's in symptoms. So in my professional and personal lives, I've dealt with dementia. Not only does Biden show cognitive decline but he shows classic signs of declination of motor skills. His movements are slow and sometimes repetitive, especially in his arms and hands. Most of the time his facial expressions are dulled and then exaggerated.

As an American and RN, I believe Americans should demand a full medical workup by a nongovernment doctor. My mom was a nurse practitioner who worked with dementia patients for most of her 30 year career, so I was brought up around different types of dementia patients.
I followed my mom's work with geriatric dementia patients in nursing homes. It's not only physically demanding but also emotionally. The hardest times are from December to January. Dementia patients always seemed to decline more during those months.
My grandfather (mom's dad) developed Parkinson's of which most sufferers develop dementia 10 years after diagnosis... My grandma took care of him until she developed Vascular dementia. It's a rare form of brain damage but extremely similar to Alzheimer's in symptoms.
So in my professional and personal lives, I've dealt with dementia. Not only does Biden show cognitive decline but he shows classic signs of declination of motor skills. His movements are slow and sometimes repetitive, especially in his arms and hands. Most of the time his facial expressions are dulled and then exaggerated.
