Hows it go? No insulation or anything does it keep the heat in well
Hey. This sauna uses an electric heater, hardwired to the houses' grid. It's not insulated, as it is really only meant to stay hot for the duration of use, so a few hours max. Once you turn the heater off, it cools down relatively quick. But also heats up fast too!

do you recommend mend steam or infrared saunas?
Good Question. They're very different. Personally I prefer traditional steam or dry saunas, as the sweat is more intense. But a lot of folks love infrared. Check out our guide to different sauna types here if you're curious: www.fieldmag.com/articles/types-of-sauna-guide
Do you have to pay extra for that
You will need a handful of common tools to assemble the kit. Hiring an electrician is extra. Hope that helps!
