Thanks for taking the time to do this video I followed it exactly but just moved the ECU out of the way rather than disconnect it. You saved me dough 💰 cheers!.
Thanks for this video, it helped me find those two bolts either side of the throttle body which other videos didn't show while I did an alternator replacement.
Yes on an RS. Wouldnt be able to trim hose on an ST225/XR5 unless it has aftermarket hoses fitted as the factory hose is plastic. You may find that with a throttle body spacer fitted that it positions the throttle body too close to the slam panel for good clearance. Would not recommend a throttle body spacer myself, not really anything to gain from fitting one.
Disappointing! There's no drinking of lemon squash, using of silly catch phrases like "Chopped" or "Purity"! Nothing but useful information here! Seriously Jamie WTF?!
2 years on, found this video, saved all your videos,,, so easy to work along as working the job. many thanks
Thank you for this video, it's extremely helpful and assisted me while fitting my plenum on a st225.

Great video, not many great in-depth videos out there for the mk2

Thanks for this really clear and useful, it makes it so much easier than working it out for the first time on your own . Regards Steve
Yes, this is the video I want, legend!
Great video. Thanks, made the job nice and easy.
Awesome vid!
Where does that pipe go to/come from that is underneath the plenum? It connects to the thick, barbed end. Cheers.
Would you have to trim the hose if you installed a throttle body spacer at the same time?
