I know I've said this elsewhere, but I feel that because of all the turmoil in the world, with Angelina coming into our lives as such a beacon of goodness that we feel protective of her. I, too, harbor an almost a fatherly feeling of protectiveness towards her even though I of course don't know her. I'm also so grateful that her family is around her and she is so well grounded.
I tear up each time seeing Angelina cuddling with her grandma and then she starts to sing. We angels owe so much to Angelina's family for doing such an awesome job raising her. Angelina chose her singing career seemingly from birth and was so fortunate to be in a caring and loving environment, allowing her to blossom. Angels, go easy on Angelina and her family and give them all the time they want before allowing Republic Records to promote her.

Yes, remember she's 15 and in high school. First they have to get the album put together, and then when they release it she'll need concert dates and various TV and radio appearances to promote it. The school year ends in June, so that's the time frame. They don't have enough tracks yet, but we can get an idea from her Tik Tok posts since she can't resist, and she's singing constantly anyway
Absolutely! We find ourselves conflicted between our desire for her Stardom and Fame, and our desire for her to experience a happy and carefree childhood and adolescence for as long as possible. I've seen so many stolen childhoods, and the aftermath of an adulthood filled with sadness and depression. From my vantagepoint, Angelina's life has been filled with love, joy, and a deep commitment to music and making life better for all humanity. I'm not sure anyone could write a better script.

Gitana, you get so emotional as soon as she starts singing. It's her voice which comes from deep within her. We all react the same way. We cannot resist, she is in our hearts. A Angelina fan told me to close my eyes and not watch Angelina sing just listen to the song from front to back like I was hearing a new song from a unknown singer, and I would feel the difference. I had my doubts, but when I did as she said I was amazed. It was like you were listening to a mature 30 year old singing DIVA / Legendary singer, not a 15 year old singing a cover. I said to myself "This is like listening to the most famous singer in the world." The judge at Norway's Got Talent had it right when she told Angelina "You are born to sing " You really are music"

I've watched this video with a bunch of different reactors. At some point they always mention Angelina seems to have a little extra bump in her emotional impact. I point to her grandma having to have cancer surgery in the last month. While it was successful it still put Angelina through it. So that kind of reunion vignette in the intro was an indication of how much these two feel about each other. We all get it when she sings. Thanks for your reaction and the tears.

Gitana I think the fact that Grandma was in the hospital for surgery recently and Angelina was so scared to lose hear had a serious effect on her emotions while singing this, hence at the start with her Grandma there she was singing to her so don't feel bad for crying. The passion was there

When Angelina sings ballads, and especially those from Adele, she is able to apply inflections that only a jazz singer can do.......and she's been singing jazz since she was 1-1/2. I can always hear bits of inflections that remind me so much of Billie Holiday and the most unique jazz singer of all time, Ms. Amy Winehouse. She is the present Queen of Jazz, for sure !
The success of Amy Winehouse singing jazz and hitting the pop charts gives me similar hopes for Angelina. In my opinion, Angelina has already matched Amy's talent when singing a similar style. But Angelina is so much more versatile, where Amy chose to sing with a consistent style Angelina can deliver a song in so many different ways. She could be successful in any genre she wants, I wouldn't be surprised to see her rap sometime as Debbie Harry did in one of her songs.

Flawless PERFECTION!!! We just got a glimpse of what she is going to be when fully mature. Just Absolutely ASTOUNDING!!! I've listened to Adele's version (Terrific!) and about 10 or 12 covers, some of them really good. Angelina's just stands alone above them all. Start to finish, it's the Best thing she's ever done, and I've seen everything multiple times. And everything I'm saying here, I also said about "All I Ask". So she continues to top performances I thought couldn't be toped. I wonder what those working with her in the studio must think about what they have here. Gitana I think the fact that Grandma was in the hospital for surgery recently and Angelina was so scared to lose hear had a serious effect on her emotions while singing this, hence at the start with her Grandma there she was singing to her so don't feel bad for crying. The passion was there

I watched my first Angelina Jordan video in 2014, purely be accident while watching 'Got Talent' winners, and immediately started a Angelina Jordon Playlist, which has grown to almost 100,000 views. Her growth over those 7 years has been nothing short of phenomenal! To see where she is now was almost a given, just based on the immense vocal talent and artistry she possessed at that time. She continues to blow my mind with every performance, and is singularly responsible for opening my world to Jazz. to apply inflections that only a jazz singer can do.......and she's been singing
jazz since she was 1-1/2. I can always hear bits of inflections that remind me
so much of Billie Holiday and the most unique jazz singer of all time, Ms.
Amy Winehouse. She is the present Queen of Jazz, for sure !

The success of Amy Winehouse singing jazz and hitting the pop charts gives me similar hopes for Angelina. In my opinion, Angelina has already matched Amy's talent when singing a similar style. But Angelina is so much more versatile, where Amy chose to sing with a consistent style Angelina can deliver a song in so many different ways. She could be successful in any genre she wants, I wouldn't be surprised to see her rap sometime as Debbie Harry did in one of her songs.
Yes with her interpretation she brings so much beautiful details that you have to repeat it many times and you find everytime new things. Some new listeners looks like a bit overstrained when they ask for more clear tones. But for me it's a great pleasure

In fact, I have listened to this version of Adele’s wonderful song more than 200 times (always with a tear in the corner of my eyes). Angelina is absolutely phenomenal.
