You should translate the cost to a percentage of GDP so that you can see the relative cost compared to the wealth of the country. Maybe the Americans spending 2 to 3 times more actually costs less when taking into account the size of the economy, if that makes sense.

I'd Rapid Dragon these bad boys before they could see the fleet.
This was a nice tactical demonstration video. The ESSMs were so effective, the Burkes didn't need to fire their CIWS guns.
Nothing short of a multi-pronged combined arms attack can make a Burke sweat. Let alone a flotilla of them.
My missile wishlist for CH is as follows.
The Zircon hypersonic anti-ship cruise missile. That thing has a top speed of Mach nine and it can sustain that speed, unlike the Kinzhal.
Tomahawk Block V which will help to restore primary anti-ship capability to USN surface ships. The standards are just secondaries.
LRASM-B.
YJ-100. It's the anti-ship variant of the CJ-10 and can be launched from the H6 bomber and the Type 0-55.
Keep the new stuff coming so the battles can remain competitive.

We have a few of the 20831 class Corvettes in our TF72 scale RC ship club, very nice size model to put in the car for a quick sail, certainly much quicker to get setup thaan the big cruisers I have

@@tetraxis3011 definitely a Corvette too small for a modern frigate its only 2200tons full load, modern frigates are around 4500-5000+ full load now

Cap! Nooooooo! I was absolutely looking forward to the naval gun battle! I demand a private viewing. Also you could have reenacted the 1997 blockbuster move, 'Speed 2: Cruise Control' with the destroyers running into the shore and the DShK going pew-pew-pew-pew-pew.
Yes that was un-usual of me to miss an opportunity for violence...
One thing we need to realize with US warships, is that every single SM-2, SM-6 and ESSM on the ship is an anti ship capable supersonic missile that can be fired in massive salvos.
So while it appears as if US warships have limited ASuW capability, the exact opposite is true. They have absolutely massive ASuW capability.
You need to get CH to look at Iowa's gunnery. In later service they could hit a tennis court size target from 18nm with their main battery. It would be fun to see them teamed up with USN LHx in a war game against China.
Iowa is on CH's list. Complete re-vamp.

@grimreapers the taliban used it its like the m2 browning but 10% longer rounds. as infantry in 2010 Afghanistan it was a little scary. there probably using our 50 calibers now though.

Well as much as AEGIS is a superb system i wonder about if this 100% accuracy is achievable in real life, especially againts a supersonic missile
RP could be, that the US wants to show presens in the black sea to defend civilian ships transporting grain etc (and got the permission by Turkey after an incident, where 1 civilian ship was sunk by a russian anti-ship missile), and Russia wants to get the US-Fleet out of the black sea, seing its rights violated.

too bad DCS doesn't allow setting way points for the Tomahawk. Sending them all in a straight line to the target makes it pretty easy for any defense to take it down.

1st you only gave them flight IIIs, only 1 of which is currently listed in service. they should be (or include) flight IIs with Mk141 Harpoons. even without those the battle was not over, they still had 4 Mk-45 5"/54s with nothing to stop them from blasting those FFGs, with their smaller 10cm guns to scrap then blasting everything on the coast to smoldering craters. - that would have been a total US Victory.

I'm new to Grim Reapers. When y'all say someone made a new system for DCS, can you elaborate on this in a video, or is there already one that I should watch? I always hear about GR missles and equipment, and I am curious how this is reflects to real world equipment.
It's not been a purposeful thing. Over the last 2 years we have been introducing our own assets into DCS, pushing the boundaries as we go, and TBH it just got a little out of control. Now we have complete 2020's armies of assets.

Those P800 have been fired against Ukraine recently targeting Odesa.
Seems like overkill? $$ pricey missiles.

DCS would hasn't got the missiles down properly, they don't fly in straight lines
Well, the Onyx has been used in anger against Ukraine, recently in the three night long strike on Odessa, the missiles have a land attack mode, according to the Ukrainians, they weren't able to shoot down any of them
