I haven't yet come across his critique on this particular topic. But his work seems interesting, he wrote a book titled "The promise of piety" in which he discussed the reasons behind the success of Tableeghi jamat (a century old movement for Islamic revival within the Muslims), he himself spent some time with the jamat in order to understand and analyze their work.

Narayanan say Harari is a “science populist” - a “gifted storyteller” who abandons scientific facts for simple narratives.
John Sexton, former student at the Committee on Social Thought, an academic body specialising in the study of philosophy and history, has summarised Sapiens as “fundamentally unserious and undeserving of the wide acclaim and attention it has been receiving”, echoing many in the scientific community.

I had it in my list eversince, and I recently bought it, at least. I absolutely love attention to details in editing, whole aesthetics are incredible. I specifically appreciate it because I know, you started this series, with relatively low quality videos, I mean it was hard work, but still, compared to this. And you look healthy, mashallah. I think, it was not domain of Harari to go into that depth, if it is citing reference of that one claim you care about, this book never claimed to be 100% accurate, on every subject, maybe an evolutionary biologist can explain what he meant by that. Secondly, it is amusing, you mocked at liberals, for being impressed by westerner authors, but you yourself quoted all of those authors, to make your case. Half the video was about what x thinks, what y thinks, what z thinks, all of whom being those people.
But I agree, Harari, is good storyteller, he made mistakes, his book should not be studied as historical record, as liberals seem to believe. It is wishy washy, feel good kinda book.

I didn't understand much because I don't speak Urdu. It is irrelevant that Harari is Israeli. The point behind the fact that most academics and intellectuals are evolutionists is that it explain all the findings which we encounter in the fossil sphere, but it also explains the findings we encounter on the molecular level. Even if there is some criticism of evolutionism among the academics, the point is noone and I repeat noone is out there who says women came out of the rips of a man created as the first human. Harari's book is not for the science people, it is a book the general public. So, real intellectuals do not talk about Harari when they discuss evoution. There are more scientific literature which you people wouldn't even understand.

      totally, Brother!
      Academics have recognized these problems, and subsequently made some startling remarks. Biologist John Gray states;
“If the human mind has evolved in obedience to the imperatives of survival, what reason is there for thinking that it can acquire knowledge of reality, when all that is required in order to reproduce the species is that its errors and illusions are not fatal? A purely-naturalistic philosophy cannot account for knowledge that we believe we possess.. ” (The Closed Mind of Richard Dawkins, 2014)
D.N.A. discoverer Francis Crick said, “Our highly developed brains, after all, were NOT evolved under the pressure of discovering scientific truths, but only to enable us to be clever enough to survive and leave descendants. ” (The Astonishing Hypothesis; The Scientific Search for the Soul, p. 262)
The Cognitive scientist, Steven Pinker wrote, “Our brains were shaped for fitness, not for truth. Sometimes the truth is adaptive, but sometimes it is not. ” (How the Mind works, 1997, p. 305)
      Prof. of Philosophy Anthony O'Hear provides a similar example to show that evolution can produce false, rather than true beliefs, thereby showing that non-rational beliefs can lead to survival, more as follows;
“A bird may avoid caterpillars with certain types of colouring because they're poisonous, but it shall also avoid non-poisonous caterpillars with similar colours, and may be credited with a false belief about the poisonousness of the harmless caterpillar. Of course, the survival chances of the bird are increased by its avoidance of the caterpillar type which includes, both noxious and harmless caterpillars. Having a false belief, then, about a particular caterpillar, shall be a by-product of a survival-producing disposition. Given that the harmless caterpillars have evolved through mimicry of the poisonous ones, reinforcing the general point that there's no direct way of moving from evolutionary workings to truth. ” (Beyond Evolution; Human Nature and the Limits of Evolutionary Explanation, pp. 61:62)
As Ustadh Hadhrat Dr. Hamza Andreas Tzortzis sir concludes, it should be clear that the Darwinian theory of Evolution, which is geared towards Survival , not truth, is an INADEQUATE EXPLANATION of our ability to reason and desire to discover.

Muslim scholars and writers have made significant contributions to various fields, including history, philosophy, science, and literature, for centuries.
Talking about contemporary books like Sapiens, which have gained widespread recognition, there are several reasons why Muslim authors might not have achieved similar recognisation. Most of the time non Muslims won't read books written by muslim authors. This is due to bias against Muslims. This bias can manifest in many ways, such as media representation, discrimination, political rhetoric, social exclusion etc
There are talented Muslim authors and scholars who are making valuable contributions to various fields. It's essential to recognize and celebrate their work. This will help to promote a better understanding of Islamic perspectives and contributions to global discourse.
Some notable examples of Muslim authors who have gained global recognition include:
The Collapse of Evolution_ by Umar Ibrahim Vadillo
Evolution Deceit_ by Harun Yahya (translated by various Muslim authors): Although not exclusively written by a Muslim author, this book has been widely read and appreciated among Muslim audiences.
The Miracle of Creation in DNA_ by Harun Yahya.

In "Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind," Yuval Noah Harari explores various scientific concepts that are still subjects of debate or are not definitively proven.
Cognitive Revolution: The exact timeline and processes involved in the Cognitive Revolution, which Harari suggests allowed Homo sapiens to outcompete other species, are debated among researchers.
Myth and Shared Beliefs: Harari posits that shared myths and beliefs, such as money and nations, have enabled large-scale cooperation among humans. The interpretation and impact of these constructs are still discussed in sociology and anthropology.
Agricultural Revolution: The benefits and detriments of the Agricultural Revolution are contentious. Some argue it led to a decline in health and quality of life, while others emphasize the advancements it brought.
Domestication of Animals: The processes and ethics of animal domestication, including the role of humans in creating species, are still debated regarding their implications on evolution and animal welfare.
Historical Accuracy: Harari's interpretations of historical events (like conquests and cultural shifts) invite scrutiny, as historical narratives can always be re-evaluated and contested based on new evidence or perspectives.
The Role of Writing: Harari asserts that writing fundamentally changed human societies. The extent of this impact, especially concerning memory and oral traditions, is a topic of ongoing research.
Capitalism and Economic Growth: The effects of capitalism on societal structures and the environment remain subjects of intense debate among economists and sociologists, particularly regarding inequality and sustainability.
Colonialism: The justifications and consequences of colonialism are analyzed from various viewpoints. Harari highlights its role in the spread of cultures and ideas, but this perspective is contested by those who emphasize its destructive impacts.
Future of Humanity and Genetic Engineering: Harari discusses the potential and ethical implications of genetic engineering and biotechnology. The long-term consequences of these technologies are uncertain, and debates about bioethics continue to evolve.
Religious Beliefs and Social Cohesion: While Harari presents religion as a means of unifying large groups, the interpretations of its role and impact on society vary widely, encompassing both positive and negative views. Even Islam didn't unify the people, there is large level of sectarianism, I do not argue that there are errors in Islam, but I suggests that people didn't follow the Islam in true sense.

Author Jeremy Lent, who has written about human history, thought, and culture, points out four main “fictions” in Harari’s sweeping narratives. The first is equating all of nature to computing, a myth that originated in Europe in the 17th century. Believing that nature functions like technology leads us to seek solutions oriented around technology rather than nature, he elaborates.
The second is that human systems follow “no other alternative” path, where he says that after the collapse of communism, only liberalism remains and that provides no meaningful answers to today’s problems.
The third is an extension of the second, stating that life itself is meaningless and our actions are pointless. In this, Harari echoes metaphysical arguments by Asian philosophers and saints, but, as Lent points out, reduces them to “sound bites” as well as contradicts millions of years of culture.
The fourth and the last is Harari’s claim that he can “actually observe reality as it is” because of his Vipassana practice, which leads him to conclude that reality itself is the perception of reality. Harari writes from a lens that claims to be scientifically objective, Lent explains, but his understanding of science revolves around the first fiction that believes nature is a machine, thus basing his entire argument on a flawed premise.
In a profile of the author in The New Yorker, Harari’s former PhD adviser from Oxford guesses that he protected himself from expert criticism of the book by “asking questions so large” that no one can answer them definitively.

Just Look at this, Darwinism which Suggest Gradualism i.e Over a Long Span of Time Micro Evolution lead to Macro & One species changes into Other but it is never Observed, And Caribbean explosion Raises serious Problem for Darwinism Gradualism, because all of Sudden In Caribbean Time complex Life just emerge in 7-8M years And for your Information for evolution 8M time is like seconds, To explain This Stephen J Gould Presented Punctuated Equilibrium, I Cant Write Everything So Long story Short Science is limited to Methodological Naturalism All this is I am trying to tell You there is Critique on this Theory much more than any theory

I read this book as a part of literature review for my PhD thesis on Posthumanism. Initially i was mightily impressed with the arguments put forward by Harari and honestly speaking, it influenced me a lot. However, as I read his other books viz Homo Deus, 21 Lessons for 21st Century, I began to notice a pattern in Harari's arguments. Long story short, I realised that he is trying too much and doesn't provide one particular standpoint. At times he appears to be critical of transhumanism simultaneously being a serious advocate of the same. Finally I came to the conclusion that his books are more popular than substantive like popular fiction. Everything is half baked, circumlocutary and the standpoint is at best ambivalent, hotchpotch. The only thing I could take out from Harari is that he is the influential advertisement of atheistic logic and his arguments suffer from the same old lacunae, deliberate ambiguity and downright hypocrisy. And yes, he is radically modernist and pro-transhumanist and offers cunning justifications for everything Western including Socio-economic inequality, technological elitism, etc in the garb of being critical.

So be a mature person and see litrature with intellect mind, rather then being a critic of knowing nothing. If you think you can do better, then write a similar thing to explain your theory.

Just in last minute, you made mistake, The God Delusion, if you read introduction, is primarily designed to raise consciousness, just to what extent science can explain, you can quite easily invoke god after that. But our people, you have to admit, invoke god miles before that. The God Delusion is excellent book, does it contain good arguments against existence of god? No, Dawkins does terrible job at philosophical arguments, because he is not philosopher, but other than that, he does go into depth. Even in his livestreams, and debates, very seldom he dodges question. Bother to read intro to a book first, before diving in. It is also best to pair his books, with Selfish Genes, and also Outgrowing God, to get better sense, of what he is on about. I loved this video, when you instill this mindset in your followers, that x and y books are terrible, you are no different from liberals, that you so vehemently criticize.

Instead of creating trivial videos, you should focus on researching, writing, and publishing a research paper. Why waste time? Oh, it's because making videos is your primary source of income, even though it contributes to making people more dumb.

excepts from the book and discussion on their logic is the proper way of critical analysis.
