I order one of these and no matter what order I put the batteries in it wouldn't start. So they sent me a replacement, same thing. Batteries won't work. And they're brand new. They work in other items. I'd recommend a different device

Help! I can't change the heads in my and I have the exact same device. Didn't use all the other tool just the one on cuticles because I didn't know how to use them and now I can't get it to come out. Does it screw out? Do I press down and turn? Press down and pull? Nothing's working.

That happened to me too…you have to literally bang the battery down. It has to go all the way in. Hope it helps.
