I was really surprised about doctor thing. U.S.:Majority men, payment is high. Russia:Majority women, payment is low. So we are not paying occupations but genders. *This is unbelievable*

But then in those societies, men pay for the family, women don't have to spend their money, it's there's. So it balances it out :/
