1. Soak brown top millet 1 cup overnight 2. Soak moon dal 1/2 cup 2-3 hours 3. 3. Add Ghee in pan 4. Add cumin seeds asafoetida bay leaf, onion chopped, green chilli chopped ginger garlic chopped 5. Sautey then add one tomato and curry leaves 6. Then add salt to taste 7. Coriander powder, red chilly powder, tumeric powder, roasted cumin powder 8. Add veggies of your choice 9. Cover it for while 10. Add millet soaked and moong daal 11. Add water double quantity 4 cups 12. Cover it and stir occasionally 13. Will cook in 30-35 mints 14. Garnish with lemon juice and coriander leaves
