Recently i got interested in nature and ive been looking a lot at different parts of the world and i think British Columbia is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The amount of scenic cozy places there is in british columbia is just mind boggling.
I live in the UK and I so love Canada especially British Colombia area but love to see it all as i stayed in Toronto for 4 nights in 2009 and then 4 nights in countryside place near Peterborough and just fell in love and been trying to get back since and i would just up & live there if i got chance but I would also love to do sleeper train in prestige....Every-time I see Canada i just feel that's where my heart is and that's where my home is!!

I am looking in to the efficacy of different breathwork techniques for modifying aspects of cognition and emotional state. For this, I need a control of a "mindfulness" video, which does not include breathwork. Your video is ideal, but the software I have to use has recently removed the function to embed TH-cam videos.
