wow, seriously, that bass battle was something else. outstanding. i don't know, is it because everyone is italian? so much melody, composition, actual structure and elegance in the soloing. this sounded vastly different from all your other battles (that i've heard so far). everyone got straight to the storytelling, no fillers here. i was glued to the bass battle from first to last note. really good job by everyone! approved, checkmate, molto epico!

You can put each line said by Davie with its respective English translation and timestamp separated from the other lines, translations and timestamps in different comments, in order to divide this task in different parts and, you know, make certain progress, stop in order to rest or do something else and continue later.

yeh we share the same roots, byt unlike Spanish where the vowels are pronounced the same, in French those change and complicate comprehension, in fact I imagine that it is easier for you to understand written Italian than the spoken one...

It'd be cool if you showed one of the ancestors of the Bass, (and from Italy no less!), the Chitarone! Italy has been epic with bass since the Renaissance.
Also, I bet others would agree with me when I say it'd be Epico for you to do a series curating the greats of Bass from the past. The giants who brought Bass to the forefront, pushed the limits, created new techniques, and paved the way for all the epic Bassists around the world today.

May I ask you how difficuilt you're finding learning italian and what your main language is? Also, are you studying it on your own or with some school/university? Io comunque sono italiano e so che spesso dicono che per gli stranieri sia una lingua piuttosto complicata da imparare, come sta andando?
@@agoniavr My first language is greek. I would say that when it comes to syntax, italian is quite easy for me, but grammar can sometimes be difficult. I am studying on my own, and that could be partly the reason why I have problems with it. Since I have no tutor to explain things for me, it can be really frustrating at times. I've had no issue with vocabulary, because I often recognise words that are used in the languages I know (greek and english) and because I try to watch italian movies or shows (and listen to italian music) as much as I can. Suppongo che dipenda dalle lingue che già conosci. In totale, penso che sta andando bene :)

Incredible as it may seem, for a Brazilian it is much easier to understand the video when you speak in Italian.
He speaks in a ironic and slow Italian, so maybe it's easier.
@@bojos9399 Spanish, Portuguese and Italian are very similar, I as a Spanish speaker can attest to it and it's so close to certain word and phrases in Spanish that it seems very natural to understand most of it with no effort whatsoever.
