Nice 👍. I have a bunch of favourite patches but mostly fat analogue-like imported DX7 patches. I have the unofficial firmware installed - it's a must-have for proper DX7 patch compatibility and has other great features.
I did a mistake. The patches in called Vangelis .... Not Vangelis 15. You find it in several Folders for example the SynprezFM: Search for the Synprezs_08.syx
Wow... Peace mein Bester✌️🙏
I didn't know it was possible to achieve this 'late' control of the patch in FM. Could you maybe do a followup explaining how this is achieved? Are you turning off/on modulators? Where in the chain of modulators would you be affecting its parameters. I guess it would help to see a break down of this patch, and then what parts of the patch you are were adjusting in real time to change its character by so much..
to be honest i kind of prefer the slider for velocity, i tried using velocity sensitive keys and it wasn't as spectacular as I thought. Hit the key too hard, or too soft, and it's wildly different sound. Could work for some patches, but with the volca FM it seems like velocity opens up a wide range of sound at different levels.
@@Volcaniced I had already searched the page and downloaded all the patches. There is no SynpresFM_08.syx and even less the SynpreszFM folder. The only reference I can find on google to Synpresz is the app for android. Maybe I'm wrong...
@@hcepeda you are right, the SynprezFM Folder is not part of the alltheweb package .... as far as I know I downloaded it from the android smartphone after installing the app. I uploaded the whole folder to my google drive where you can download it now. Its everything there. I just checked it. You have to search a bit on the side. And the download button is really small. You need the "Alltheweb" Download. And yes you have to search the folder. Unfortunately there is no other way.
@@Volcaniced Ach seh grad du schreibst auch in deutsch. ;-) Leider finde ich den von dir genannten Ordner nicht im Allwebpack. Weißt du, ob dieser evtl nicht mehr enthalten ist?
Beautiful! You inspired me to get a volca fm which arrived yesterday. Now I just need to work out how to download that patch.
Yes sir that is a tasty patch
indeed it is
That is a fantastic sound! I no longer have a volca fm, but it is one of my favorite volcas.
Very nice playing from you.
Wunderschön.
danke Rauschi
Oh man, so agree with you on the Vangelis patch! I’ve been loving the Aphex Twin patches lately ❤❤❤
Oh yes..oh yes.
That's a good sound, love it especially when frequencies are damped - so lush! Keep them going, thank you✌🏼
Echt superschön und so entspannend, gerade recht zur Stimmung um diese Uhrzeit ! 😊
danke dir :)
klappt auch um diese Uhrzeit ganz wunderbar :-)
@@couchcamperTM wohl wahr !! 😉👍🏻
@@couchcamperTM freut mich wirklich..
I can see why it'd be your favourite. Beautiful patch and beautiful playing!
So nice ..thanks for your feedback.
Nice patch is nice
Hey Maga nice to see you here. Thanks for listening
Such a nice patch. Sounds versatile, especially with how you're able to evolve it throughout the improv. ;)
Oh so calm. 🎶🙂
Masterpiece!

Wow, just... wow.
Thank you Rayder ;)
Has an almost ENOISH sound to it, Nice sound . I don't own this synth, but love my TX-81Z Yamaha for building complex tones! 🎹 🎶 😎
Yeah I hear Eno in the note progression and the richness of the patch 😊
You go, baby daddy! ;-) ❤
Wow! I can listen to this all day. Beautiful! (Side note: I can't find this patch anywhere in the folders from that site.) So sad!

@@Volcaniced hahaha ja dann steht ja eine größere Expansion am Start... And... Go😄😇
Sublime 😊☮
indeed
That does sound amazing. I'm tempted to download it but fear the process of transferring it to the FM will destroy me! 🤣💀
get dexed and you done half the way... its not so hard. ask me if you need help

lets see what I can do...
Crazy what you can get with just 3 voices with the FM.
thanks Mate
Awesome patch. If the volca FM was velocity sensitive when plugged into a midi keyboard and had on board reverb/echo, it would be an absolute weapon.
You can have it, with an unofficial firmware. The 108, or 109.
@@autocar5804 yep, the unofficial firmware a must-have.
Or use.the RK 002 by Retrokits.

Great sound. Do you remember in what fold you found Vangelis 15. I cant find it - and I what to try it out my self.
Ok I did a mistake. Its not called Vangelis 15 its VANGELIS. You find it in several Folders for example the SynprezFM: Search for the Synprezs_08.syx
Geez 😎
There's no longer available this patch. :(
sue it is.... search for "alltheweb" in google. problem is that there are neary 50000 patches you have to search.

Is this only using the in-built chorus, or are there any external effects added?
ok no chorus of the FM used ... but I used the specular reverb v3
The FM is my only analog synth. 😆 But I have like a billion patches for it. Found some recently called JackDeckard and it has some good ones in it. 😉
time for a 2. one
The FM is a digital synth
@@JohnDorwin oh yes you are right.
@@JohnDorwin guess they’re all digital unless you built it yourself eh 😏
@@nickdestruct no, but this one is. Even says digital on it. Plenty of analog synths out there. This isn't a value judgement. I love my Volca FM.
Do u have any issues with those rubber octave keys. Mine get stuck. I hate Arturia
No everything is working fine. But I have a lot of issues with the microfreak keyboard colour. It disappears...
Is that link correct? I can't find the patch. There's no Synpres folder, it's just patch creator names.

@@Volcaniced I got it working great! That patch is in the ones dexed comes with
Can I also use this patch for the fm2?
Yes I think s. As far as I know there are no limitations with the FM 2.

Howndo you get patches onto the fm
I use an usb hub like the rk005 by retrokits and dexed (free FM software)
the volca fm have aftertouch? or is a mod of the synth?
This is FM Sythesis!!
