It's coming along! Here's a suggestion. Practice scales in first position in all reasonable keys with a metronome every day. Or every other day. The discipline will do you good at this stage. And get composing.
Haven’t watched you in a while: Your bow arm is MUCH better, looks much more relaxed and natural. As for the first piece- you’re (idk if on purpose or not, maybe partially for artistic effect?) confusing faster notes with faster speed. 8th notes are faster than quarter notes, and 16th notes are faster than 8th notes already. Double the notes in the same amount of time. So, there’s no need to play the faster notes ALSO at a faster speed. Try clapping the rhythm to a metronome. (Metronome speeds are all available on Google). This is a classic violinist mistake to do, so that’s something.
