The workshop battle is gonna be all of the second half of this season so don’t worry. Probably gonna be episode 12-25 approximatively. Urek is gonna be a recurrent character really important but you won’t see him for a long while because he has godlike powers (he use 0,01% of power in that fight). This episode finished around the chapter 115 and the workshop battle is chapters 115-190. The manga is currently at chapter 636 so we are still in the early beginnings of the story😅. Hopes that answer your questions.
He actually could if he wanted. Funnily enough, any ranker could participate in the Workshop battle. It is not a test, so no administrator would interfere, it is a competition held by the Workshop. But hey, how could they make money (and do.. spoilery stuff) with rankers in? They simply don't allow them to participate and have their own rankers oversee it. But if Urek wanted to participate and went there, I don't know if they would have the balls to say "no" to him, lol.
Fact:- Opera is the strongest lighthouse in tower, there are only three of them. Urek claim that opera can stop him for more than 0.1 seconds due to his incredible shinsu resistance.
Fun fact, in the web comic Uruk was wearing an anklet that limited his power 5% of his overall power and he said he was only using 1%. You can see it on his ankle if you rewatch the episode closely.
Time skips are quite common in ToG. Endorsi is around 300 years old, and she is very young. And prodigy level character can climb the entire Tower in around 300 years. Like Yuri, for example. And we know our teams are not exactly prodigies, and we don't have time to spend years watching them climb every floor. So we have time skips. Most of the floors are not very interesting, but some are, and we focus on those. So it is not unusual to have years of time skips, for the inhabitants of the Tower, that's more like a month. Still, climbing 7 floors to arrive at 30th floor in 2 years is not something that is easy to achieve, so we will see at least little bits of the climb, if they don't decide to cut it. As for the red skeleton thingy that healed him, this will be hilarious, but there is no spoiler. It has been 10 years and we still have no idea or explanation what that thing was. More curiously, we have seen the skeleton exactly once, and that is in the first episode of season 2, when Wangnan threw the pokeball at him. We don't know why the low level pokeball did damage to him, we don't know where the skeleton came form, we don't know why it healed him. Since then, we haven't even heard anyone mention it. (or the masterball that he mistook for normal pokeball, lol) In anime, this is the second time we see it - we did not see it there in original. They took bloodied and still very much injured Viole back. So I am wondering what they are doing with it there, since nobody has any idea what it was. At some point, we all assumed it was just retconned. And I very much doubt that SIU is working with them, or would want to bring that thingy back. So it will be probably an anime only feature. Obviously, it would be just a deus ex machina if he could heal every time he gets injured and would break any tension or stakes in the future. So don't spend much time figuring out what it is. We don't know and we probably won't know. And that's probably a good thing for the reason I mentioned.

Thanks a lot!😁
Urek is already a ranker he can’t participate in the workshop battle and even if he did he’d wipe everyone in less than a second
lmao it's a free win a million times over for him. 😂

The encounter is very short 😂. That is how it went down though. Not much change.
Thanks for the video that was fun.
