Best Pre- Law is Accountancy. Nursing ako(Nurse din) and JD now. I noticed Accountancy grads or CPAs sa class have leverage in every subject kasi they already took it up sa undergrad.

So, my family moved to Canada after I finished college. By the way, I took the Legal Management program at UST and had the bragging rights to finish it with Latin honours. My parents advised me to finish my undergraduate degree there so I could pursue a law degree here in Canada. Heto na ang problema, when my credentials were evaluated, lumalabas lang na 2 years of study lang ang equivalent dito ang pinagaralan ko dyan dahil yong the first, two years ay katumbas lang ng grades 11 and 12 sa curriculum nila dito. To cut the story short, my undergrad degree is totally useless. Getting admission to any law schools here is really tough. Dapat ang GPA mo nasa magna cum laude level, at kung cum laude ka lang, nga-nga, wala kang pag asang makapasok. All law applicants who have been rejected, we are talking, thousands of them, yong iba pumpunta ng US or UK, pero karamihan sa UK dahil di requirment ang LSAT, na sobrang hirap makakuha ng disenteng score. Law school in Canada is not for everybody with average mind, di gaya sa dyan sa pinas na as long as you have undergrad degree and able to pay tuition fee, pasok ka na.

Laws are inherently territorial by nature, the laws of one country are entirely different from the laws of another country

@@pknadres8026 Hindi territorial law ang dahilan kung bakit di ako nakapasok ng law school sa Canada, kundi yong school curriculum natin hindi alligned sa curriculum ng ibang bansa. Kahit K-12 na tayo, if you finished high school in the Philippines, you still need to take some courses back in grade 12 here to get admission to community college, gaining university admission here is a different level. Only graduates from international schools back there can directly apply to university.
