Traffic is the big problem.Road condition is worse.Water lagging is also there.No chances of any developments in future.Basic infrastructure facilities are not good in Dombivli.
Hence its developing location as the infrastructure is under development and good scope for future appreciation.
6 lane Road is under expansion and work is going on hence its a temporary traffic issue. Also there is a flyover getting constructed near Xperia mall to reduce the traffic.
At 9:31 poor tiling construction in balcony. 8 liked the video. It's good information 4 buyers. Most important is very good smile of the presenter. Keep it p!

True but nowadays they're providing small homes and fooling public in the name of compact and smart homes.
Take pair of 2 bhk and join them together,
Wait for few years .. Noida will come down to same size .. A decade ago in Pune you could buy 1100 sq ft 2bhk, now they are making 3 bhk in it

Yes no doubt very premium project looking at the sample flat. but i am not sure if its going to work practically. i have visited the place. i feel its expensive! looking at the location. u need huge amt of free money to invest in here. there is so much to say but i wont spoil someones hard worked vision so i leave upto individuals.
