In this video I have put together a compilation of page turning with sheet protectors! This video is over 3 hours long, with lovely crinkly magazine pages inside of plastic sheet protectors for an additional crinkle!

What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
• Autonomous - spontaneous, self-governing, with or without control
• Sensory - about the senses or sensation
• Meridian - signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development
• Response - referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

Ive always loved the sound of super crinkly book or magazine pages, i remember as a kid sometimes i flipped through books just to hear that amazing sound
The page protector/card protector sounds have always been my favorite since I was a child.

this reminds me of when i was in elementary school i’d ask my teacher to help me find a page on my book and she’d come over and stand over me and flip pages while whispering page numbers and i would get tingles ✨this was before i even knew what asmr was, good times

I absolutely love crinkles, but I find that uninterrupted crinkling sounds becoma a bit annoying after some time. So its nice that you put some pauses between the crinkling sounds, makes it so much more enjoyable
