- Our carriage power wheels go kart is proving challenging for an adult to fit in! In today's episode, we finish our Cinderella go kart's front suspension and nail down the seating position for the driver. This go kart with knobby front tires is starting to look really awesome! We'll be installing twin Tillotson 225cc racing engines and a simple rear swing arm suspension setup in the future for ideal off road performance!

For the bubble I would suggest an internal roll cage and the reason for that is not only to protect you guys in case of a rollover but to also keep the shape of the bubble while traveling at high speeds cuz it's going to work like a large ram scoop
yeah 3.5mph wind is VERY different from 40mph winds!
And in that case you could figure out a way to make the top 1/2 fold open for easier entry.

The problem with that is stainless tubing is strong when it’s straight . So bending it makes it weak .
I love how I didn't notice the footage was 10 months old! Keep it up. Consider gas and brake levers on the steering wheel!

You guys should hinge the top so you can flip it up with latches on the front to make it easier to get in-and-out of

That and they should add a quick connect to the steering wheel so they can remove it to get in/out a lot easier
It'd be cool with hood struts for composite hoods so they can unlatch it and it'll go up by itself and it won't fold in half when they pull it down.
Big block with a turbo would fit the look. Awesome little project can't wait for the next video.

Can't wait to watch the video! I was thinking you guys should put the carriage top on a hinge setup so it lifts up like a funny car body. Would make getting in and out easier. Maybe you guys solve that problem in this video though! Have a great day guys and thanks for the content!

You should get some pumpkin shaped lights for it lol. Also i would make an internal support structure for the top. then you could easily hinge it for enter and exit put a couple air shocks from a hatchback or something on it and pop it open like gull wing doors. also need a helmet with a tiara stuck on it for whoever is driving :D

Maybe put a VW bug engine and rear axle on it and a wheelie bar. Would be hilarious! Definitely paint the frame gold to match the carriage!

Add a curve to all the tubing for the shocks for more legroom. It will add almost no weight but it will make driving the Evil Princess Kart much more comfortable.

Your Steering Bar needs to be the TOP Heart Shape. Humps for your knees and the steering shaft connects in the Vally in the center.
Have yall considered hand throttles? Like use a bicycle cable brake but connect the cable to the throttle, and put it on the steering wheel :D
Yall should do 2 “stage 2” predator 224s cause they sound wicked and they also have some freakin crazy torque all the way from idle thru the powerband

Need some of those high intensity led headlight bulbs in place of the candles, do some reflective tape on the back so you can kinda direct the light 😜😜

I would say make the roof open up on heavy duty hinges and put pins in the front. It's still strong and then easy to get in and out.

good question - that was all in the old shop so starting to think its old... which would be a bit of a iffy thing to do without telling us as lots of people sent support to charles

I think you should power it with two v-twin 670's. Also you need to put the cab on a hinge to make it easier to get in and out of.

Well two guys so far are thinking the same thing that I was thinking and that is to cut that top off and put two or three hinges on the back and two latches on the front so you could fold the top back to get in and out.
To stay with the theme use a couple of hula hoop’s to support the carriage

Im thinking about making a stand up off road type drift wheeler. It will be like an atv but with a platform you stand on. It won't have a handle bar you turn to steer but a pole with the handle bar on top like a segway and you lean to the right or left to steer. It will be called "vertical drift" because you stand up on it and lean as you steer to drift.
I think you need to fiber glass the interior to give you more rigidity.

2 small blocks with a turbo 👀👀, minty build as always
Rear end is easy. Two small blocks, each with torque converters, chain drive forward to a common jackshaft that runs the width of the frame and is also the pivot point for the independent rear swing arms. This way, you don't need to accommodate the engines in the wheelbase, and you get independent rear suspension, and the torque is divided between the TAV units, and you get the redundancy of two engines. It's a win/win/win/win.
Great work guys, know how it feels to put a project on hold and eventually getting back to it. Also can I make a suggestion, cut a pool noodle to place over any place you legs might hit the steering frame.
I didn't know this project had been on hold. I thought the break in was recent and Charles' tools had just got stolen. I didn't know it was a year ago. I donated for the stolen tools. I feel scammed a little. Did they ever say that the break in was a year ago?

Yeah I was wondering why you guys were in the old shop starting that build and I thought you might have had something in the big shop that you didn't want the public to see yet cuz it was not ready to be unveiled but it was just before the shop was built when you started this project
If you are still considering the twin engine, how about side by side motors with a shaft and collar to connect them. Offset the TDC by 270* so it'll have the cool Ducati sound and killer torque!!

something to consider with compact machines like this is using hand controls for gas and brake instead of foot, if you look at Grind hard Plumbing Co. (youtube channel) they use hand controls for most builds.

Just saying maybe you guys should watch some grind hard Plumbing you have to build to scale.! You guys are going to have to get a lot and I mean a lot more compact.
Hinges for the top then a push button release to open it with a hatchback cylinder(maybe some music plays), lol. Then a wallered out nut/bolt setup for the front bits, or maybe neo magnets so it doesn't flop around. Do you need the parts under the lights? Starts looking like Pacman then probably, heh.
