Fix your information:
Legend: Tenacity gives 15% tenacity at full stacks not 10%
Bonus missing things to be considered "Max" tenacity:
You can use unflinching to get another 10% but your HP won't scale because you can't take Overgrowth.
And QSS has a passive of giving 25% tenacity when acquired, when this item is activated it also gives 30% tenacity in 1.5s. But again you lose the shield from not buying Gargoyle.
