Thank you for all you do for the Farm Sim community.
The "Info Display Extension" mod shows what stage trees are on, along with numbered stages of field growth. It's really a nice thing to have. 🤔
The way you started mowing with the mower to the outside of the field you do 1-2 headland passes that way then do it the opposite direction the rest of the time.
Used that type of mower many times doing small hay fields.
Great video also love the work you put in to your videos you are amazing.
I still think you should check your rented/leased items to see if any are close to purchasing. You don't want to over rent something
Your trees are "Pine", and are currently at 22.6m - they max out at 32m (6300L)
I thought they maxed at 36m

just a few helpful hints when using the hand shovel for like more then just little things (like feeding the hens wink wink)... first load it up to its 201 limit the put it down and re-pick it up you can then get more handling out of it cause the physic engine re-calibrates for the new weight. 2nd i remove the ability to swivel a had held object in the controls.. only having one degree of rotation keeps it from going all catawampus :P
also if you look at an object you can use the teleport feature in the easy menu to just teleport an item on the map

I was always taught when mowing hay not to drive on the mowed hay cause it gets pushed in the ground. The uncut hay has a better chance to snap back. But mow your hay your way!
You are going to drive over it when you use the tedder? And the windrow?
@@seanobrien7169 yes when I rake do. I'm 50 years old been on the farm my entire life makeing hay and have never owned or ran a tedder.
@@jakepriest4282 I have just started watching real life farming channels, namely Mike Less, Big Tractor Power and a few others. I am blown away by how true to life this game actually is, I thought much of it was fantasy equipment or, at best, european stuff we would never see in the US. Boy, was I wrong! Mike Less just made a statement in his latest video of a farm installing drainage tile. Out west they try and hold water, where in the east they have so much rain they need to drain it away. His statement is that people farm differently in different places. So you never used a tedder, and use a hay rake. So what? Maybe you cut with a mower, maybe a swather. There are many ways to run. I'm happy you are 50, it is a good age. It should bring about some wisdom. I am 54 myself. The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.
Plant a few trees in the front yard and beside the shed? Also in between the older ones so new crop is growing amongst them.
U could plant new trees in the grass field in line with the sheep up to the tree planting box. Then extend the grass field where the rest of the current trees are so u can drive straight through when doing grasswork.

Nice one, Daggerwin. Watching you juggle every single pound is great viewing. The farm is self sufficient and about to go into good profit, I feel. How about a bakery i.e. Old Stream!

Daggerwin if you want to get rid of stumps use left CTRL while cutting tree......do not release the left CTRL till the tree fallen over
It's always cool when Daggerwin is running the train, and a real train passes by near by blowing its whistle. 🙃
I found the BEST mod in the world today... if you have modded trees you cannot get rid of there is a mod out now called "Tree-be-gone" just like I have it. It removes any tree, even the ones made by modders for maps. Its totally changed the game for me.. its awesome.
The little front loader back in fs19 is has been here on FS 22 for a while and recently got a update to it and get vise, it now has a stump grinder now
You would normally drive on the grass and make the fist lap of headland so you dont drive on the fences and in your case hitting the tree planting box then turn around and to the way you're doing it :P

it's super strength that allows you to not drop things while running really fast
For a weight, anything that attaches to the 3 point hitch can be used. like the fertilizer sprayer.

I would have thought leaving the soybeans in the silo, and selling them with the sugar beats, would have been a slightly better idea, though it did only cost 14 pounds.
4D just added a nice bail trailer. it would be perfect for this series
🔥you should make the tread into a grass field and if you want to re do trees put them somewhere else that can’t be used as field
when cutting hay basically the first pass u drive over the grass maybe the second pass but after you dont
Instead of a dedicated grass roller you could also use a weeder, it has the same effect and you can also use it on the field
A creative work-around to the stumps being removed could be to "hire" a local for a set fee to remove them.

You can turn the 1st Field into grass and most of the grass field in to forest
"I wish I could buy more land for trees" Field 9. Its harder to get to. You can plant it then ignore it for a few years
10:00 Could you posibly use hose and water pump.Drag the hose from the lake to the sheeps and just turn on water pump when you need to refil
You should have just put the soybeans ind the train silo to next time you have soybeans
I have found that lumberjack and super strength sometimes conflict. Turning off super strength while using the chainsaw helps.

How is the game counting hours on the front loader? If it’s only by being attached to the tractor you should detach it when your not using it. So you don’t get extra hourly fees.

*Lumberjack - Double tap left alt to enable lumberjacks super strength, then you can grind stumps with the chainsaw.
if you put the bottom of your cut tree on the stump you can cut the stump even if its too short.

There is no right or left way really, but it feels like writing with your left hand whilst being right-handed and visa versa.
Thats what I would do go in the shed pull all the grain out and the stuff might draw back in the shed then pick it up. easy-peezy

Correct me if I am wrong but rolling the grass at seeding is the 5% bonus. Rolling between cuts is only worth a fertilizer state? No difference between rolling or just spreading solid fert?
I have to turn super strenth off to get rid of my stumps. then it works fine
if you pick up with super strength you wont let go when you sprint

That's true. But Daggerwin is very tight for money and he did earn over £800 for those soybeans, a decent amount of cash that is absolutely worth having.
Pine trees grow to 32m, the trees you cut in n this episode are only at 23.5m
U realy need silo for grain

I'm wondering what your farmers live on as they never take wages to survive.
Omg people are seriously telling him he cuts the grass wrong 😂this is a computer game people it’s calling having fun this is not the pro world league of fs22 get a grip
But it's really important to mow the grass correct.
If you mow it wrong it get this reversed grass flavour instead of proper grass flavour and everyone know that if you give the sheep reversed food their wool start growing backwards.
The comments never cease to amaze me. Reading the comments is almost better than watching the video...
Not trying to be negative, but you start things and don't finish them. Instead of cutting down trees or maybe you could have done that too. You started and didn't finish cleaning up the spilled seed in the back, you didn't move the wool to the shed and you didn't feed the chickens.
those 3 things wouldn't have taken you very long to do, the farm would have looked better . I can't say I'm being OCD, because this is just how I was taught to be successful in life Finish what you Start. So while I'm addicted to watching your videos. I can not give a thumbs up because watching them drives me nuts....good content for anyone who this doesn't bother.

And as to the others, in his defense he pointed out that he wasnt going to move the wool and he got all the soybean up, it was barley that was left and he has a huge pile inside the shed. When he sells it he will take care of it, he mentioned that he hopes scooping it up from the inside will draw some of that stuff on the outside back in. Probably not, but worth the try. That all said, I get you. He does jump around a lot. Like you, I am very meticulous in my farming.
