Where can I get the video with Steve behind the controls of the 614 going through the Hawk's Nest when he blew the whistle about 100 times? It was on TH-cam for a few years but was taken down.
So glad to hear Mr Rowland say 614 is likely gonna run in my home state. That Buckingham branch line is my home line and I rode the 611 last year on the line. I hope to see the C&O 614 run on the Piedmont subdivision aswell maybe to Richmond.
C&O 614 actually did run on the Buckingham branch once during its second revival and that time was when she was being ferried over the line to travel to and Huntington West Virginia for the ACE 3000 Project in January of 1985 but I’m glad as well that she might be restored again to run!
