- A fire truck is doing it's best to survive the hordes of vehicles going after it on BeamNG Drive, and while the truck is incredibly stong, it does has some vulnerabilities.

These videos always remind me of a final third of an 70s crime drama movie or something. "Fire engine rampages until it's just dust" is literally a movie if it wanted to be. Killdozer, the Gauntlet, whatever... Mad Max stuff, truly.
In a city clearly based off San Fran, no less. And the old American sled, the Italian supercar, even the Jeep...it's like half a theater's worth of action heroes off to head the thing off.
13:15 I couldn't help but start bursting out laughing XD! Just that hunter stopping, realizing the situation they've gotten themselves into, then reversing, J-turning, and running away from the beast of a fire truck right behind them!

That last round. Wow. It didn't take long at all. This was fun, because there were definite win conditions for the guys trying to stop the beast (rolling the fire truck, getting a car jammed underneath it, etc.) and that's not always the case. Even the round Alex indisputably won was a close one.
The last round was by far the BEST round 🤣😂 When everyone basically gets taken out in one fell swoop, that's too funny!

It's fun to watch the fluidity the chased/hunter dynamic provides in these, one moment the yellow Laddo truck is a barreling ball of death and the next it's being ran down a hill as the hunted because of the situation.

Lol great vid man!! Fire truck worked well! And Laddo's truck, occasionally catching up for a death-charge, seemed to add a nicely balanced element of risk to compliment the assortment of vehicles involved.

Maybe, for next time, if you use the firetruck or something equally powerful, you could try a rule where, if someone runs out of lives, they can then come back as a Pigeon. Like, low end, unmodified Pigeon, but they can still try and scoot around and mess up your wheels or something. Could add to even more fun chaos and carnage!

I wonder... if someone were to actually design a "beast" armoured vehicle, specifically to be unbeatable... what would it look like? Ram plough shape, covered wheel arches, super low and wide, so nothing gets underneath... someone up to make this?

Could you try the bustroyer mod for stop the beast? Its the city bus, except with 3500 horsepower and a giant ram plow. Handling and the brakes are unchanged, which makes driving it very interesting...

I have an idea for another vehicle than can carry the gauntlet of the Beast.
There is an American yellow school bus mod that is actually pretty tough. Unlike the city bus which has a rear-fitted engine that will break from a small rear-ended, the school bus is front engine. The radiator can be smashed more easily, but I think you could put a set of bull bars or a thick, derby-esc metal plate on the front.
The want of laddo cost you the battle but you won the war.

Honestly my favorite series on the channel. One of my favorite series on TH-cam, full stop, even. Love the title as well, that's a great pun.
I think the.. Widgion, is it called? Little mini truck, whatever it is. Pretty sure it exploded in a very physics-y manner at the end of that first round - like it reset or something and just bent the truck around itself, since it was very clearly gone after the truck became more of an arch.
Now for a next round... are there any good industrial cement mixer trucks out there for Beam? Because I really want to see the cylinder of that thing get freed and roll over someone, or just see it outright crush someone as it flips. Slap a turbo on it, maybe some wider wheels, and it'd be a force to be reckoned with. Alternatively what amounts to a fully loaded cargo truck - a box truck of sorts with a massive weight integrated into its storage space - would make for some glorious hits.
Technically this is what FR has been known for, silly races, destruction or some out of the box races (like the PI relay races done in older forza motorsport titles)
Stunt races in GTA5 were a delight, too bad nowadays is regular circuit races, no more wallrides, no more transform races. I so wish for the tugboat boosted into the stratosphere track to be played again, that was so fun to see

So..your best idea in the first race was to drive in a circle, surrounded by cars (with your worry being hit from the side while turning) and into a parking lot? Instead of say. thanking God that you could still move and driving with the hopes that something along the way scrapes the car out? It was just a bit maddening the see you throw like that.
