I had 200 bucks credit on my Amazon account and got that one for 630 instead of 830bucks.. which is a very good deal in my op . i chose the 14 plus over the regular 15 because of battery life and bigger screen.. dont care about the dynamic island or smoother edges .. only thing was the camera.. but bigger battery trumps 5% sharper pics of my .. garden.. :P..
You’re probably going to say the same thing about the 15 when the 16 comes out.
It begs the question: what if there was an alternate timeline where the Plus started with the 15 and Mini went from 13-14 instead of 12-13?
I don’t think much would change and overall the 15 plus would be received the best out of the lot

Honestly any iPhone from the 12s on up the average user is not going to notice that much if any real world difference even with the 60hz screens. Obviously the 15s are beast but if you have any other generation you are still very much in the game and up to date. Just my two cents.

The notch is going to take some getting used to. Other than that I like the phone. Beats the crap out of my 2020 SE model. I’m going to miss my home button. Verizon gave me mine so it’s a better price than buying a 15.

It’s basically a phone with 2021 tech…. A15 from 13 pro, same screen as 13 pro max without 120hz, same sensors as 13 pro without third camera
Still a beast. I came from 13. I know they have the same proc but i can tell that this plus performance is better

@@kramshiron they say that, but the constant jump from 1hz to 120hz itself causes allot of battter usage.
i will categorize battery consumption of display as follows:
60hz < 1-120hz < 120hz
