Finally all my worries for the corners and partitions are solved by this L and T. Bravo team precast, will visit soon. I want to be the first one to build in maseno with precast. Nick keep up the good work
Great work.kindly consider customizing full walls and windows, like in debeloped nations, where a house would be set in a week max, Good job Samy and Nick.I will be your client soon
Very good and informative video content. I wonder what the difference is between the advantages of this construction model and that of self-locking compressed earth blocks. Would it be possible to do this with precast earth blocks instead of precast concrete? Thank you for your response.
I think you should redesign your tongue and groove on the corner panels. It can't be all grooves as seen on your demo there is a flow that you should address so they lock in together.
I think T and L precast are only applicable for non load bearing single floor building. they don't have enough reinforcement to carry heavy load compared to columns
Good solution for corners and partition. But I think one end of the L / T joints should be 'male' and the other 'female' otherwise the jigsaw will have to female ends meeting

I always have a question regarding the precast. Are they sound proof?
I wished this tech is available in Ghana.
great

it's more convenient for installation.

anyway its a great product
Yes they are not a replacement for columns and are suitable for structures that don't have columns
I do agree .I also have a problem with the way they attach the panels to the foundation .Overall the system is great.
Introduce a T-bar of steel for the T panel.
Are they useful for a maisonette building?
yes
What's your location?
At Ruaka near Two Rivers Mall

Yeah they should be male & female joints connecting. This was just a demo structure for explanation purposes
