this could not have come at a better time. i spent all of last week writing language institutes throughout austria and germany, looking for C2 academic writing lessons. most of them didn't have qualified teachers or cost 55€+ per session :( Looking at the website right now and will definitely use your code if i book something. thank you!
Oh yay I’m so glad I could help you! I hope you find a good teacher for your C2 academic writing! thanks for using my code too (if you find the desired teacher) that helps me lots thanks ☺️^.^
First of all, your German is very good, I'm new to your Channel and i directly subscribed and liked it :D Vorab, dein Deutsch ist sehr gut, Ich bin neu auf deinem Kanal und ich habe ihn direkt abonniert und einen Daumen hoch gegeben :D
Hi. This refers to the "Common European Framework of Reference for Languages" and most accreditted institutions and language schools in Europe use this to determine where someone is in their language learning. you can read about which level means here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_European_Framework_of_Reference_for_Languages
A is a basic user of the language, B is an independent user, C is a proficient user. German has 2 levels within each letter because it's so complex so that's why there's not just B1, but there's B1.1 and B1.2 within that level. The Wikipedia page explains better though than I can :3
@@V100-e5q Yeah, I have been learning German independently for ~5 1/2 months, and I only used structured courses for the first 2. Once I head skimmed through the textbooks, understood the basic grammar concepts and could form sentences, I started binging Easy German, and now I binge actual german TV, and english TV dubbed in german. ~4 months in I dropped the english subtitles, lost my training wheels and now focus mainly on vocab and grammar drills. So I can hear real germans speaking. Finally, I use iwdl.de to get free corrections on the german I write, along with some neat Übungen (but they're a little too easy now). I agree, listening to people speak your target language incorrectly is easily the worst thing you can do because it reinforces bad habits.
only 2 months to go up a full B level? Wow, did you have to balance a full time job while studying the language or you could dedicate couple hours each day?

Your German sounds cute. Very good.
Cooles Video... Grüße aus Bayern 💕🍻💕🍻💕
Thanks for sharing
On the other hand it only lasted 6 months 🤷🏾♂️
I always wondered who was paying $30+ dollars an hour. Now I know. 🤣😅
$800 is crazy.
Please explain what b.1 and b.2 is as well as a.1, etc. I am clueless as to the meaning of these terms. Danke
