- How to make a home 18650 battery charger with TP4056 charging modules for lithium battery cells. I made a charging station for 18650 lithium batteries.
In order to charge this type of batteries we need a charge controller, as TP4056 load modules, this ensures that the battery reaches the correct voltage without suffering damage.
In this video I show to build a loader yes you still don't have your loader now you can make it for very little money.
Materials:
3mm acrylic plates, optional You can use Ortho type of material battery holder 4-cell 18650 3 units load Modules TP4056 12 units
Strip or nickel tape, optional You can use other type of material 4 small bolt

Llevo casi un año cargando celdas de litio 18650 con los módulos tp4056 con protección y en una configuración similar a la tuya pero yo le agregué un voltimetro a cada celda y un amperímetro para la carga total un interruptor a cada módulo...y es que estos módulos son fascinantes dan protección hasta de corto circuito y en esta configuración es carga independiente para cada celda .... excelente trabajo
Amigo una pregunta, las pilas las carga independiente. No influye cantidad de pilas que carga en tiempo total???

ahi esta el pedo: tardaras demasiadas horas para cargar una serie de baterias !! por lo menos necestiras unas fuentge que te pueda entregar 12 ampedos a 5 voltios, donde conseguirla ?? como fabricarla?? para quienes vayan a armar esta exelente idea de este talentoso brother este es el un consejo para complementar: deberas considerar MINIMO 1.0 amper por cada modeulo TP4046, SI TU FUENTE no da el ancho mejor sera disminuir la cantidad de modulos . SUERTE .

buen trabajo amigo, yo tengo algo parecido al tuyo pero ademas le conecte un mini interruptor a cada circuito tp4056 para apagarlo o encenderlo individualmente por si no necesito cargar todas a la vez, asi los circuitos tp4056 que no trabajan pueden estar apagados y alargar su vida.
Although it is nice work but used so many TP4056. And can't charge by a simple charger or need a at least 10A charger. But the charging station is beautiful, and I like that.

Неплохо. Только учтите модули разные и токи и напряжения т.к. существует разброс параметров микросхем. This module is different on same part. Ic is not pretensions. One accumulate is be different voltage of charge. The case is good. Корпус придумал хорошо.

Холдеры и платы зарядки стоят вместе столько сколько стоит нормальная зарядка ,на несколько акб ,да и к тому у зарядного заводского устройства есть чёткая индикация ,да к тому же есть индикация ёмкости ,индикатор напряжения,режимы теста и времени.Так ,что хватит людям ненужную головную боль рекламировать . )

cuantas baterías lograste recuperar cuando abriste las baterías de laptop? vale la pena abrir una batería de laptop que ya casi ni le dura? necesito baterias para un proyecto, pero solo me sirven si al menos tienen 1,5 o 2 amper
Claro que vale la pena, recuerda que las baterías de lapton con una celda que se dañe se descontrola, pero la mayoría de celdas quedan buenas, te recomiendo utilizar un medidor de capacidad un cargador opus
Buen vídeo para 18650, podrías hacer un vídeo para medir la capacidad real de las baterias de celular? ya sea de 2000, 2500, 3000 mah o más. Saludos

Hola buenas , yo estoy haciendo uno también y e probado provisionalmente con uno solo y es normal de que se me encienda la luz roja y una azul a la vez
E de decir que la fuente es con un transformador de microondas modificado con salida a 5v. El amperje que saca no lo se ya que no lo e comprobado aún aún que se que es bastante elevado , aver si me podrías dar alguna solución.

OBVIO NOOOO ¡ no pasaran, aqui se esta disminuyendo el ampereje y tardara demasuiado en cargar. UTILIZAR MINIMO UN BUEM JUEGO DE CONECTOR BANANAS DE UNOS 4 mm ayudaria a este cuelo de botella..saludos!

5 volts, 1 amp per cell. For this charger you need at least 12 amps
@@SagazPerenne actually i have a phone charger giving 5v 500 mah and still charges the 18650 cell almost same time as 5v 1 amp because the amp of the charging gets lower the fuller the battery gets so at the end its only charging with 100 mah so i would say 5v 6amp would deffintely work also..

All the board TP4056 input connections you made it as a parallel connection fine, but what is the actual input required for each board...? that same voltage(5v is ok understand )also amps should same for all right ..? then why you supplied input 12amps .? can you please reply is it as per each cell holder(there are 4 holders each required 3amps ).you should also supply 3 amps right.? actually each TP4056 required 5v1amps i think ?
Great charger but you can simply charge them in parallel dont need all the circuits. Only series packs need to be externally balanced

Si eso es, se calientan, pero no tanto. Si estan bien caliente a lot mejor son uno's connectiones o algo asi, pero no sense de andar tan caliente pa quemar se, me entiende?

Te hace falta estudiar como se comporta la corriente
@@alejandroortiz1014 si pones 12A desde un punto lateral la carga desde cargador uno al 2 estara pasando 11A calentando el conector de zinc. Si lo pones en el medio pasará solo 6A para la derecha y otros 6A a la izquierda evitando que se caliente el zinc. Es de logica
@@joseluke3469 la corriente no se comporta como una tubería de agua vacía sino como una tubería de agua llena osea desde el momento que enciendes el circuito cada módulo consume 1 amperio no entran 12 y se van quedando 1 por 1

Si puedes pero antes tienes que poner un controlador de carga yo lo saQue de la batería del celular por qué ya no cargaba y se la puse tienes que soldar positivo con positivo negativo con negativo tal como está entrando en su batería original yo le puse dos baterias en paralelo con un solo controlador y me funciona bien y me dura más tiempo la carga

como para q me sirve cargar varias baterias al mismo tiempo no le encuentro siencia a esto !
supongo que si tienes un drone esto es practico.
No es lo mismo cargar varías celdas con un solo módulo, que cada celda con un módulo independiente. Sirve para agilizar el proceso de carga cuando se tienen muchas celdas recicladas.( En mi caso tengo más de mil). Se usan mucho para hacer arreglos de batería a un voltaje y amperaje específico colocándolas en serie y paralelo.
