I tested the batteries on xtarvc8 and then on these zb2l3 and the values are close. I recommend these capacitors but it is good that the batteries are charged and discharged then measured again i like the video congratulation !
The video is interesting. I paused the video frame by frame and had fun with your creativity in writing the mah values. Completely different from what the display indicated... anyway...🤣🤣
A proper charger. Xtar VC8 is a great charger and 4 slots do a capacity test (but only at 300mA because the charger doesn’t have a fan and would struggle to dissipate the heat). The charger can also put your cells into storage. Just select the storage mode and pop in any cell at any voltage. It will go up or down to get to 3.7V (charging up causes a slightly higher voltage than discharging, discharged cells end up around 3.64 which is actually a better storage voltage IMO)
interessante o video.
4:40 ligou invertido a bateria kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk 2:22 alguns modulos fixados com parafuso soberbo 2:32 outros modulos fixados com cola quente Resumindo... ideia boa mas muita gambiarra 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
4.28 4.34 bro that is obviously not a good way to charge those cells. I would also be concerned about voltage drop along the path of the ZB2L3’s. They should be fine with 2A, they don’t draw much current but how low is the USB Micro voltage at the end of the string? I think min voltage is 4.0 but I wouldn’t be happy to see less than 4.5 on the last row just so that they don’t act funky during testing. Your cells also dropped in voltage significantly by the time you loaded all the cells in which tells me they did not spend enough time in the CV stage….or your bench power supply was feeding 4.35 volts and pulling them off early prevented most of the cells from truly retaining that overcharge. If the cell reads less than 4.15 it’s internal resistance is likely through the roof.

👌
Terima kasih.
Love your layout very nicely done my good man :)
WOW, amazing job! Gelous !
Congrats !
Essas placas são fiáveis? Depois desse teste as células devem ter algum tempo de repouso? Obrigado

Excellent
What power supply have you used
Thanks
I am also awaiting the answer to your question.

this is a very well explained method, thank you sir.

Garage of mobile 📱
Well done, great video
Great video, thanks for the brilliant idea! I ordered 12 of them. What charger do you recomand to power them all?

Sir pls put your expert thoughts on OLA fire 🙏
🙏Good set up, was,IR available.. *I know!* not with those boards but how or have you not considered the IR🤔😉

Impressive 🙏👍😊
Very nice👍
Good video 👍
where i can get this tester
Amazing😍👍

Excelente, bom trabalho. Parabéns
Super bro I like your video
What lithiam battary collect.
Good, good man ❤
Maybe invest in a new clean soldering iron with a good point on it... 😊
What is the maximum AH capacity of each battery? thanks for sharring

Bhai yah capacity tester chahie Jo aapane banaya hai kaise milega
You think is it DIY ? Realy ?
I love you bro.
I don't get accurate readings.🤔

ZB2L3 working from microusb 4.5-6v
Each one need 70mA. 25 of them need 1750 mA, 2A charger will be enoughf
