Thank you so much for sharing the information I've been searching on the website for days and days. If this video was made by you or involved in the production, I would like to make a big bow in Korean style. Your good deeds taught me that I can get what I really need if I beg hard. Thank you so much.
Very nice and informative video... I felt that the painting and baking should be the last step because during reduction of the size from top, there will be scratches on the bottle outside and inside. Coating will also get broken... Just a view....
Excellent illustration of the process steps. It is very hard to see what is happening inside of most of these machines and this 3D illustration makes those steps clear.

👌👌👌 mind blowing
really nice job, very well explained

I like that work very much.. I am still studying and i want to know the name of the program you are working with
it is said at the end of the video...
nice, what this animation software you are using for making this? is there any Mac OS dmg app for the same purpose? cheers
He used AutoDesk 3ds max 2012. It's mentioned at the end of the video.

fascinating!
Mantap video-nya 👍
Btw boleh tau ga bagian dalam-nya di coating pake apa? :P
Clearly explain the technology behind can production!
Cool Video
Here from Engineer guy’s video
Hello, Where are you located?
You should watch the Rexam video of how cans are made. The real life engineering is a bit different than in your video.
Process is close. Trimming after press and curling of the bead is wrong
cool Video
Way too little info there I'm afraid
Missed out the wash tanks,basecoat,overvarnish.l..to name but a few...
Wonderfull
WHAT ABOUT THE INTERNAL DIES/ROLL SHAPERS?
I don’t think you would paint it before shrinking the top sections.
Yes you do...after printing the can is overvarnished before the necking process ...it protects the print from scratching off
whats your linkedin. i'd like to connect with you
Great music!!
Name of songs, author? :D
Found it. It's the instrumental version of Lynne-Marie's "Fight Back".
watch it at double speed
when crushing the top you forgot to factor in the growth of the height of the can. that metal has to go somewhere
As animations go its a bit basic but its a start.
The way the can is trimmed is completely wrong.
cool video, except that the paint and inside material are the last steps of the proces. because forming it while printed is going to ruin the paint.
+Ripnflip Nope, that's how real cans are made.
+Ripnflip
Can't print after the can has been formed because it's not a flat surface any more.
+Smoke lol .-.
+Smoke lol .-.
The inside spray is applied after the can is printed and baked. To do it before the "decorator" stage would ruin the inside coating.
Nice animation though the entire process is incorrect. far too slow and too many points for failure/damage to the can.
Getränkedose Befällen
Close enough
wtf kinda can is this?
read description. aerosol types
This is inaccurate
