welcome to Karthi Explains, In this video we will learn Manufacturing process of Aluminium or Aluminum. The process starts from extracting raw material "Bauxite" and converting it into Alumina using Bayer's process and then smelting the Alumina into Metallic Aluminium using Hall-Héroult process.
in the industry there are so many steps are involved in making of Aluminium but for simple understanding this video only shows basic steps.

It was not until man had cheap oil, and electricity that aluminum smelting was possible. Aluminums ancient name was mithril.
