Great review. I flew the SQ a350 to CAN and the entertainment was very good. However they did not have the Live TV.
What I liked about the in flight map was that they display the latitude and longitude and the aircraft registration number. As well you can zoom into the different cities where you can get the latest information on populations, elevation and time of city.
Fun fact: The Medium A350-900 uses Thales Avant (No Live TV), while Long Haul and Ultra Long Haul A350 uses Panasonic Avionics (Live TV)
