I've been listening to EAST FOREST x RAM DASS playlist on repeat every morning for the past month and a half while I work and it is like a beautiful blanket of love and comfort is draped over my soul. I can't explain why I need to have it on repeat It just brings me such peace. Thank you so much for creating this art/ music/ meditation. God bless you.
Grace surrounds us and holds us like the sky holds everything in it … and as soon as I find a way to let go of my story, I keep seeing over and over again that grace is always here and it includes the forgetting and the remembering. The practice is the opening of the hand to catch the raindrops, which are always falling. If you don't open your hand, you get wet, but you don't get much to drink.
I just finished watching 'Becoming Nobody'. I wept. My soul felt love like I never have experienced before from a man I never met and did not even know existed. In one moment I didn't feel alone. Even in his death his radiant beauty touched me deeply feeling for a moment the truth that I am connected to all things. What beautiful soul - my heart will never be the same and I thank all that is for giving us the beauty of one graced with so much wisdom and love that transcends all in becoming 'I AM'. thank you. thank you. thank you.
I did some mushrooms at this gorgeous park close to my home and it was so profound and beautiful and listing to this song brought me so much inner peace thank you ram dass

If you had one last chance to enjoy making yourself a cup of tea, how would uou stand up and walk into the kitchen, how would you turn the tap? How would you pour the water, sip from the cup etc? I have had four dreams with Ram Das since his passing, and though I have loved and followed him for years he never showed up on the Astral before. I believe he has much more time now that he is flying free, to visit us all and continue his soul purpose. Have any of you been visited recently?

i just worked 10 hours all week. im sitting slumped in my computer chair after a long day in an industrial physically tiring work environment, falling asleep. listening to this. kinda ironic. but really interesting feeling. your mind is in a funny state when you are between nodding sleep and wake, its like a calm echo of existence where thoughts and feelings and dreams are one.
