These old Konstal trams can do way over 30mph. Personally I saw one going almost 80km/h on the Aleja Pokoju (Peace Avenue) in Kraków. And this specific whine and hum you can hear in them, man that's the music of my childhood (90s-2000s) and adolescence (late 00s-10s). Now these are not so popular in Kraków but you can still see them here, despite the city authorities announced their end so many times already :)

Nice acceleration on those trams. Plus those tram tracks are kind of small.
Actually it's the same size as Polish and most European train railways ("standard-gauge railway"), which is 1435mm (4ft 8+1/2in)
