Sama cara simpan duit bulan dgn aku. Aku start amik asb loan on my 2nd sem matriculation. Ayah aku la suruh amik. Then bayar monthly guna duit jpa. Then bila kerja aku tambah lagi 2nd sijil asb loan aku. Lepas thn ke 3 kerja kwsp dah stop potong, tambah lagi my 3rd asb loan.. Different from haze, i go for max loan duration sbb nk bayar bulan2 xde la sesak sgt.. betul kata haze, jgn keluarkan dividen tu. Biarkan. Tp tu la aku ada gak keluarkn utk memnuhi nafsu belanja. Tp at one time ada la beberapa tahun x keluarkan dividen. And i use that money to cover lawyer fee and lhdn bila nk beli my 3rd house. Alhamdulillah. So as what haze said better use opm rather simpan sendiri. And buat paksaan simpanan. Biarkn bank gaji kite duit sikit. Keluarkn ke our 2nd bank.. tp tu laa.. ak pon bocor gak on my 2nd bank.hahah.. x sanggup nk potong atm card mcm haze ckp. Hahaha btw good content haze. Baru je aku subscribed ko kelmarin kot.. good luck on your channel.
Thanks haze for this information video... now boleh hadam skit la berkenaan ASB loan because before this I never understand about it walaupun a lot of people try to explain it to me... I do my saving macam haze buat la put aside certain amount at the end... keluar balik.. hati tak waja katanya.. hahaha nak kena betul2 buat balik ni... sejak tgk video umah haze ari tu mmg amaze la . rasa nak dptkan semula sebuah rumah for my own space and privacy... thanks again....
