I purchased a set of 22.5 Alcoa for my Ram 5500 with tires, adapters, and covers. Could not be any happier with the finished product and level of service I received from DK. Ill be sending those pics soon!!
DK you are 💯.awesome info ironic I talked to you in the morning about a set of 24 smoothei for my 1982 chevy dually and here's this video explaining how it work. I will be reaching out for my 24 smoothei Thanks💯🙏
Great video I learned a lot. I just picked up a 1996 Extended Cab that I am going to do a Dually swap on and will need some wheels for. Keep up the great work.
very informative DK, I didnt even know the direct fitment was an option....reason being, I've got a bagged 93 GMC sitting on stock wheels. I've been wanting the semi wheels, but was waiting until i purchased wider rear fenders so they would tuck. Hopefully ill be ordering from you soon. appreciate the information Gracias, Brutha!
Very informative video. Do you have a Facebook link ? I love how you explained everything. I’m doing a dually conversion to a truck my grandfather gave me and I want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. I greatly appreciate any help and guidance !
DK, lot of great information in this video sir !!! Hub Centric is obvious the best way to go after seeing your video. I’m a new subscriber, watching your videos and will get with you when I’m ready for some wheels.
You need a list of options and prices there are so many different ways to go and us people out here that are interested cant find info on all of the options
Thank you for the info Sir. I've try to get info but hard to get people to tell one the truth. Can you tell me what a set for an 87 dually tucked 22" go for? Thank you for the information.
Appreciate the video but the pressure between the wheel and hub handles the sheer force. If you want a true hubcentric wheel id want to see a tigher fit, and see the squareness. Your philosophy makes sense for short studs and threads available.
Thank you for the detailed information. I was wondering if the semi rims come in black? I’m working on a future truck build. I tried to look for a website is see what a set of dually rims are. Thanks
What's benefit of direct vs adapter? Direct.. Fits tighter into the fender, less weight?? You mention strength.. A stock 350 rim is what.. 1/2" thick? People gotta remember that these alcoa's are on semi trucks that haul way more weight than what a pickup would.
Hey I'm interested in doing some super singles on my gmc 2500 ,want to know if you carry them 22.5x14 I want them milled down to 22inch and see if if you could mill a design on the face ,and price please ????
Thanks for info. I have a 2016 ram 3500 dually mega cab. I have a set 22.5 Arcola with 255/70r22.5 tires. I'm going to need a set adapter plates from you.
Ok I'm wanting a price on alcoa milled to 22 inch. The rear is gonna be super single.ALSO THIS TRUCK IS F-250 YES 3/4 TON NOT DUALLY AXEL! Now I need price on those 4 wheels 2- normal 2- super single. I'm gonna put an old school western hauler bed on truck please help.thanks
Got a 8 lug suburban want to put dually fenders on it what would I have to do to get the Diesel wheels on it would I have to change all the suspension are what
I am going to purchase an F450 4X4 soon. As part of that I would like to get 22 inch steel wheels to handle 7,500 lbs in the bed of the truck. They would need to be hub centric like you stated. I would also like the wheels to be rotatable from front to outside rear. Outside rear to inside rear. Inside rear to front. I am I asking too much? Is that even possible. With steel wheels I can just give them a quick paint job when I rotate the tires and wheels. Thanks for your opinion.
So what would I need to do to run 22’s on my dually sorry I’m new to them. I know I’m going to get some hub centric wheels but not sure if I have to install longer studs also? I may just have to get all my stuff from y’all. I live down in KY.
Now that was a very informative video DK. I've been watching your videos for awhile now. I have a '97 Silverado dually. How do I get pricing for your setups. Website? Thanks brother, keep doing what you do. It's always a pleasure to watch your videos.
Dually king, I am new to the Dually world and I am looking for some guidance. I'm looking at some 22x8.5 wheels but I am reading alot of 22×12. I don't want it too wide, specially my front wheels but I also don't want them too thin where they don't look good. What should I do?
By milling down the face of those rims you have effectively reduced their load capacity. You have also created a dangerous situation because that inner wheel hub seat is now taking 100% of the force that's normally spread between 2 rims. This would not be DOT approved and could result in massive fines because now the stamping on the rims is not in compliance and the rim seat method is not dot approved. 100% of this situation is dangerous and Illegal. It could result in fines, vehicles being impounded and even causing death or serious injury when that inner wheel fails due to the stress situation you created.

I just picked up my first dually. This is all new to me and in my opinion. This is brilliant

I want to run direct bolt on for my F350. I tow trailer daily. Need to talk.....what I should do to get large wheels and not compromise safety
