Oncw Kumagwa used all fiction to erase time for him, this therefore made him immeasurable in speed, so the stats between the characters don't really matter.

I'd say once he starts to think about using his ability, unless the opponent knows his ability or knows he's about to use it I don't see how they'd beat him since once he thinks about what he'd wanna do, it instantly happens after that. My opinion

Technically with non-fiction he can also undo his erasures, and should be able to repair his own existence if erased/ damaged I.e. iihiko
Do you mean that if someone else erases him from existence, his Non Fiction erases this fact, making him come back?
The only issue i see is that All Fiction is activated at the speed of thought, when you you compare that to the speed of light... its super duper slow. Now compare that to characters movingly exponentially FTL

This is somewhat unfortunately accurate, since Kumagawa would be body most of the time if it was only physically, HOWEVER, with that said, I don't really see how the Dragon Ball characters could beat Kumagawa Misogi either, again I will admit the physically he would never win, but with All Fiction, Book Maker and Imagination Manifestation, I don't see how they could handle that, maybe they could seal him away like Whis staff, Roshi jars, Beerus sword, and maybe Dragon Ball, or they could just brute force it and keep killing him, though those are temporary solutions, Kumagawa could just use All Fiction to either unseal himself, erase the wish, or take away him ability to die, which would make him immortal, also while I will admit that he could be erase completely, by Beerus and even Zeno, All Fiction can not be erased, evidence by Kumagawa trying to erase Mukae Minus but it didn't work, and since they can't erase All Fiction, then it would just automatically bring him back without him thinking about it, and he does have the ability to bring back what's been erased, thanks to Non Fiction and Zenkichi example, IN CONCLUSION, in my opinion yes Kumagawa Misogi could survive, but not without getting his butt kicked, A LOT

Yeah, he could survive. But it's important to remember, that he isn't monster because of his abilities, but he is monster, and that is reason why he has abilities. So if you don't change him, he will have abilities. And because he itself is bug, rewriting hom won't work. He can spot weakness and flaws. Let your guard down with him and he will know it. Some character even though, that his attacks are so crazy fast (one moments they are ready for fight and next they are defeated), because he erase time it takes to make attack! He is so crazy and out of box, that wouldn't be surprised, that if he fought God of destruction, he would let himself be erased, just to use all fiction on his own soul and them revive himself that way he would be undetectable and follow God around until he let's guard down and bookmaker!
But there are things that could work on him. Things based on connections, communication and bonds, like spirit bomb and fusion. They could resist his abilities. Resist, not be immune! Just because there is bond, it doesn't mean it's immune, just that it's harder to erase and it can fail. Bookmaker is also affected by state of heart of KM and his target, so potential to overcoming exists.

Book maker is too slow, cause everyone in dbs pretty much way faster than his thoughts. Also top tiers in dps aren't bound by any concept like time or space, so his all fiction won't work.
Sorry for asking it now, but could he hit them with his Book Maker by erasing the time of his actions? And are the top tiers really above the concepts of space and time? When was it stated/demonstrated?

Naze said that Medaka was using 120% of her own power by combining Weighted Words and the War God Mode, so Weighted Words itself wasn't at 120%, she was using 120% of her physical abilities by staying calm thanks to Weighted Words while her physical abilities increased due to her War God Mode, which usually made her angry and this combination has been named "Altered God Mode". At least for what I remember

Altered War god mode is just her using Oudo's(?) Weighted words and the rest of the thirteen parties powers to stay calm while using war god mode.

Maguro also said to Oudo Miyakonojou that if he could really use the skills at 100% like he claimed, he would be on Medaka's level. Basically no one could use their skills perfectly, The End didn't bring the skills at their 120%, it brought them at their actual 100%. Or no?
