As an professional pianist, also an musician, I literally cried while I exploring islands with these amazing background music. The psychological release is immense, I already having my summer holiday after I got my "Master of Music"degree, and I feel like the best time of my summer holiday is my vacation in patch 1.6 island area, the experience in Genshin really feels realistic to me and heal my heart every seconds. Thanks Mihoyo so much for delivering such high level music for Genshin.

Gotta hand it to Alice. Yes, she might not be able to be there for her daughter due to her occupation, but she will still find ways to show her mother’s love to Klee. She gave Klee an entire archipelago. An entire world for her daughter to explore and have fun on with her friends. Without any sense of doubt, it is certain that Alice would give Klee the world if she could.
A heart-wrenching conclusion to the 1.6 patch, the islands are officially gone. I will forever remember these islands like I remember the taste to of osmanthus wine.

Golden archipelago might be small but its probably the greatest if not the only immersive event in the game. not only that it`s about a character but they literally dedicated an entire area just for their story arc and event. not only that we finally meet? know who Klee`s mother is but we also get to witness who powerful she is for actually creating the archipelago as Klee`s personal play ground. the island also tells so many tales on what happened in each island which is really immersive indicating that the archipelago wasn`t just an empty island but there is more to it in the past which is really fun to explore and discover.
I had a seriously magical moment where I was just sailing my Waverider and one of these songs just started to swell and I was compelled to stop speeding and just listen to the music and the waves together I love this game and I will forever

Track 13 20:53 has to be my favourite. I would love it if they included more of these kind in the future. Of course I love the other ones but this one just feels so playful and makes exploring much more fun in a way.
Event 1.6 so far has finally bought back one of the best things this game had introduced. This was what I had originally expected from this game. Which was the sense of exploration that was lacking in the previous events. I loved that we could now travel the seas. Going from island to island. It was better when we had to unlock events and side stories not by talking to party members but by traveling the islands and examining the contents. We picked up miniature items and hear the last words of the people who once lived there and from there once we collected enough we unlocked side quests of our own.
I love how everyone here in the comments has a track that hits them differently, but at the end we can all agree we will miss the wonderful music this new area has provided us.

I joined the game on 1.6. my life was a nightmare since it was a year after I lost so many things, even my love for videogames. I played this game and I started to remember... But when I played the Islands' quests... I was broken. I suddenly remembered everything. I felt on a way I didn't for so long and I stood up. I remade my life, step by step I started to recover my studies, my job, my life, friends, projects and ambitions... I can't tell on a comment how much I owe this game and how much I love it now... Now my life is as good as it was before 2020 and it's getting better... But everytime I hear this music I start to cry... Too many emotions

Track 4 and track 8 just hit different. They're so comforting. 2021 may not have been the best of years, but it brought things that are irriplaceable. Not everyone may have been able to experience the islands, but I hope just once in everyone's life they get to feel the euphoria that is this soundtrack. The story arc for the event was so different. For once Jean and Barbara got to spend time together, Diluc and Kaeya tolerated one another, Klee got to talk to her mother again. I highly reccomend looking up the custscenes for this, they're amazing.
GAA is so much nostalgic to me. This gave me the best summer that I can't imagine. I badly want to go back and just enjoy exploring the islands while this OST is playing. It is sad that it will not return in 3.8.
track 3 (5:09) really touched my heart :( im gonna miss this archipelago so much. it gave me so much happiness and the thought of klee and her friends having so much fun and finally getting a vacation only warms my heart even more

Coming back to listen to the archipelago's music makes me feel so nostalgic. I loved the archipelago, and when looking back beyond all the drama and serious plotlines Inazuma introduced, it really was our final escape before our journey took a turn for the serious. Now, with Enkanomiya released, I am really missing the joy and warmth of the archipelago, and would happily trade that place for a chance to visit those playful islands once again.
I'm so happy. Like, beyond words. When I first started Genshin, I started right before the Golden Apple Archipelago. It was so fresh and exciting, that I genuinely couldn't believe it was temporary. The beautiful tall islands, sunny shores, and iridescent water along with the music and story made me feel so happy. Every day it stepped closer to ending I got nervous. Yes, of course, I was excited for Inazuma, but the GAA felt like a home to me. In the last minutes, I laid down as Lumine at the shore as I said my goodbyes. Now, it is coming back. As of writing this comment, Genshin is about 11 minutes away from starting maintenance. I feel so giddy, like a small child, just at the thought that my golden apple archipelago will be finally back, after a year. I've had so much fun in between time, but I'm sure this will be one of the most fun updates yet. Have fun everyone :)
Honestly, the Genshin soundtrack never fails to amaze me each time we get new tracks. The music is so soothing and heartwarming and exactly what I needed after experiencing a heavy loss some days ago. I've been really enjoying the game but I think I just fell in love for real. I'm excited for what's to come. Thank you, Mihoyo.
The wobble movement is fun haha. And my great to go strat is dont hold down dash button unless you go on a straight line, every corner turn or u-turn just tap the button son you can get a fast direction swing.

Sailing with the waverider in the archipelago really hits different compared to when we sail in Inazuma. Also is it just me or some of the osts feels like a tender touch like a mother would do to her child? Or atleast resembles a lullaby, because if it is then that's a very nice small detail right there especially when this vacation was made by Alice for Klee

Sadly I didn’t. I was only 1 month into the game and I didn’t think about taking photos. Now that I’m 6 months into the game and AR 54 I take photos everytime I see something that I wanna remember when the game is finished.
Faraway Solicitude was the audio I grew to love. It has me sad that this place had to go, but it was the best event island in my time playing Genshin. May it live on in our hearts.

Came here after almost 3 years I started in 1.6 quit after 2.5, tried to come back multiple times but it was always too repetitive and tedious for me. If this event, with its story is ever rerun, I am COMING BACK no matter what. This is just nostalgic as hell
Every night when I'm sad I come here to listen to this, because it reminds me of my last summer, wow, that was amazing, I spent days with my friends playing all the games, I visited many places, I made more friends, I also went to my first festival aerial and I saw the first fighter plane I ever saw in my whole life, also, I spent hours with my friends at the beach, it was also my first year that my mom finally let me go swimming alone with my friends, I also climbed a mountain of very BIG arena, man, that was amazing, and I did so much more! So yes, if I come back later, I will at least remember these good times and also remember how stupid I was at 16 :)

As simple as it was i loved this update. A fun story and cute interactions with the mondstadt crew, excitement and hints of inazuma and lastly this amazing ost. I had it playing so often and it made me feel all warm

I joined the game on 1.6. my life was a nightmare since it was a year after I lost so many things, even my love for videogames. I played this game and I started to remember... But when I played the Islands' quests... I was broken. I suddenly remembered everything. I felt on a way I didn't for so long and I stood up. I remade my life, step by step I started to recover my studies, my job, my life, friends, projects and ambitions... I can't tell on a comment how much I owe this game and how much I love it now...
Now my life is as good as it was before 2020 and it's getting better... But everytime I hear this music I start to cry... Too many emotions

Track 4 and track 8 just hit different. They're so comforting. 2021 may not have been the best of years, but it brought things that are irriplaceable. Not everyone may have been able to experience the islands, but I hope just once in everyone's life they get to feel the euphoria that is this soundtrack. The story arc for the event was so different. For once Jean and Barbara got to spend time together, Diluc and Kaeya tolerated one another, Klee got to talk to her mother again. I highly reccomend looking up the custscenes for this, they're amazing.

GAA is so much nostalgic to me. This gave me the best summer that I can't imagine. I badly want to go back and just enjoy exploring the islands while this OST is playing. It is sad that it will not return in 3.8.

Coming back to listen to the archipelago's music makes me feel so nostalgic. I loved the archipelago, and when looking back beyond all the drama and serious plotlines Inazuma introduced, it really was our final escape before our journey took a turn for the serious. Now, with Enkanomiya released, I am really missing the joy and warmth of the archipelago, and would happily trade that place for a chance to visit those playful islands once again.
For some reason, the Archipelago OST gave me that old vibe of grinding Super Mario Galaxy back when I was 9.

I'm so happy. Like, beyond words. When I first started Genshin, I started right before the Golden Apple Archipelago. It was so fresh and exciting, that I genuinely couldn't believe it was temporary. The beautiful tall islands, sunny shores, and iridescent water along with the music and story made me feel so happy. Every day it stepped closer to ending I got nervous. Yes, of course, I was excited for Inazuma, but the GAA felt like a home to me. In the last minutes, I laid down as Lumine at the shore as I said my goodbyes.
Now, it is coming back. As of writing this comment, Genshin is about 11 minutes away from starting maintenance. I feel so giddy, like a small child, just at the thought that my golden apple archipelago will be finally back, after a year. I've had so much fun in between time, but I'm sure this will be one of the most fun updates yet.

The music is so soothing and heartwarming and exactly what I needed after experiencing a heavy loss some days ago.

Sailing with the waverider in the archipelago really hits different compared to when we sail in Inazuma. Also is it just me or some of the osts feels like a tender touch like a mother would do to her child? Or atleast resembles a lullaby, because if it is then that's a very nice small detail right there especially when this vacation was made by Alice for Klee

Faraway Solicitude was the audio I grew to love. It has me sad that this place had to go, but it was the best event island in my time playing Genshin. May it live on in our hearts.

I started in 1.6 quit after 2.5, tried to come back multiple times but it was always too repetitive and tedious for me.

Every night when I'm sad I come here to listen to this, because it reminds me of my last summer, wow, that was amazing, I spent days with my friends playing all the games, I visited many places, I made more friends, I also went to my first festival aerial and I saw the first fighter plane I ever saw in my whole life, also, I spent hours with my friends at the beach, it was also my first year that my mom finally let me go swimming alone with my friends, I also climbed a mountain of very BIG arena, man, that was amazing, and I did so much more! So yes, if I come back later, I will at least remember these good times and also remember how stupid I was at 16 :)
Hey again , it's me , but 5 months older , so much things happened , but I'm still here , it's summer again and I am writing this meanwhile is like 2:25 am. I have been thinking what to do this summer , first of all I will learn how to play the guitar , second on my list is maybe get that rc plane that I built like 8 moths ago and never i had time to test it , and maybe more other things , I feel like this summer is getting a little bit strange , but as i am keep writing this , i will do all the things that I proposed for this summer , so at the end of it I will came again to tell how was it :)
