Not good dude. There so many things you can improve. Using a sensor that has a range of 4-5 cm is meaningless. Plus what if there are two cars. The distance between 2 lights is nearly 30 m so it would be dark all the time except when the car in directly in front of the light so it cant be implemented practically

There are two potentiometers on PIR motion sensors board: Sensitivity Adjust and Time
delay adjust. It is possible to make PIR more sensitive or Non-Sensitive Enough.
The maximum sensitivity can be achieved up to 6 meters. Time Delay Adjust
potentiometer is used to adjust the time; while it is also possible to decrease the distance between two light poles!!!
