If that thing got stuck on the mud, with just locking the differential will come of it?

It depends on the situation. How deep the mud is, how thick it is and the surface underneath the mud. It is not a terrain vehicle, so it can't handle much. The differential lock is primarily useful on snow/ice and loose gravel etc.
