I had the opportunity to enjoy Bhi Bhiman in performance at Musica here in Akron, Ohio. One of those performances you wish would never end. Bhi has a gift.
Excellent! His voice and songwriting have the ability to grab hold of you. You can't help but listen and want more. 2/1/12 is the first I've heard him, this song actually. I love discovering artists such as Bhi. He just picked up another fan.
Absolutely. Chris Cornell is my favourite vocalist and I was pleasantly surprised after checking out Bhi. After Bhi finishes in this clip, the camera pans over to the beginning of "Taree" by Soundgarden who performed on the same show. Excellent song.
This guy is a true artist. It kind of hurts that he's not as appreciated as he should be overall because he's not marketed well. He can write anything and sing the shit out of it!
Thanks for the info. I've been trying to get the BBC channel to play using various proxies and program called expat shield with no luck. All well. It seems a little dumb to have the BBC station on cable in the USA but then restrict the youtube channel. Boy is that backwards...
I also prefer this version. He tunes his guitar down a note for this version. Dunno if that makes the difference. Helluva a song. Alas I deleted the high quality version that I recorded off the telly when I compressed to this version. I presume its the higher audio your after. The BBC have their own youtube channel. You could try that version. You can only view it if you are in the UK so if you know how to work a vpn you might find some luck there.
This song is beautiful and his voice brings back bitter sweet memory from the past as if there is something magical.
Saw him open for Chris Cornell @The Lincoln theatre last night. I'd never heard any of his stuff -- dig it.
Bhi is so awesome. His song writing is brilliant.

This guy reminds me of Jeff Buckley. I closed my eyes several times and didn't even look at this guy. And I heard Jeff in him. Very impressive
I completely agree here. I know exactly what you mean. It's kind of unexplainable isn't it?
Happened across this on Palladia Network tonight.
Time stopped.
I think I might have seen it that same time you did...and I had the same feeling.
Absolutely brilliant. Addicted.
We saw Bhi Bhiman open for Josh Ritter & The Royal City Band at Workplay in Birmingham.
Howard Brown from the Halifax adverts has stepped his game up it seems.
Wonderful, as always!
He will be opening for Chris Cornell on his upcoming acoustic songbook tour! Great combo of great voices

Bhi hits the big time! Way to be Bhi! I have two of his funniest songs on my page. Enjoy.

I believe it's a Blueridge shoulderslope sunburst. He has a chorus effect I believe.
Blueridge!
Does anyone know what his guitar is? It sounds like a thousand galloping horses.
DO you have a higher quality version of this live version? I bought the track on amazon but like the sound of this live Jools version.
looks like Montez from Workaholics
unbelievably underrated
