I love the small, tender moment of Raylan touching Winona's stomach and just staring at her. Right before this, teasing each other about baby names. They were an awesome couple. Felt real and genuinely like two people who understand each other even if they don't always agree. He was madly in love with her. She should have stuck around.
I love this scene. The chemistry between Natalie Zea (Winona) and Timothy Olyphant (Raylan) is incredible. Justified had so many big action packed scenes but these small moments of intimacy, often between Raylan and Winona, were just as satisfying. It also stands in stark contrast to how Raylan doesn't hesitate telling any of his meaningless short lived romances (Ava, Lindsay, Alison) a whole bunch of details about cases, often humblebragging about his involvement and watching them eat it up. But here with Winona, you can see how he hesitates because he absolutely cannot bullshit her and she sees right through him. Instead of sharing with her some badass version of what went down (and we know what went down and it was pretty badass), he tells her the more emotional version, the one that is weighing heavy on his heart. And that right there, my friends, is why Winona is the love of his life. He wants to be vulnerable with her which in turn requires him to be honest with himself, something he's deeply uncomfortable with. It's fascinating how Raylan completely subverts the typical western hero trope. Amazing writing and acting all around!
@@Slakebelton88 i did not, it still hurts lol. But that doesn't change the fact that she's the love of his life. Graham Yost has said that even in the end they will always be in love with each other but just can't make it work. :/
Any time Raylan and Winona interact, sparks fly everywhere. Great casting and I always rooted for them. Raylan was completely drunk in love with her but he needed to be a better husband. And Winona needed to give him the chance to really show he could change.
2:07 lol no Gary she didn't leave him for you at all. She left him for a multitude of reasons and you were the best choice for financial security which you yourself pointed out, is all you're good for.

Nothing lasts 😂😂
Did you forget the part where they don’t end up together

Married?
@@ST-xg3gy ? Are you asking if Raylan and Winona were married? Yes, they were.
I really liked these two actors together. And I always really liked looking at Winona.
Winona is what we call a top shelf beauty.
She's gorgeous.
Raylan losing Winona to Gary is the biggest L of all time. But he was always willing to fight for his ex-wife.

And eventually he realizes this, which makes him bitter and resentful and he makes a poor decision out of spite. It was a mistake on her part.
For a woman, financial security is enough.
He falls in love, she gets in business.
Raylan and Winona are an incredibly hot couple. Wow.
Glenn’s not evil? No he’s not. No one named Glenn is evil lol……he’s always the hero of every movie and every show.
“Glenn’s not evil”……..guys named Glenn are never evil. They are never the hero either lol…..
Guys named Gary, now they’re evil.
