Doesn't mention any actual specifics like the total living area, nothing about home security, nothing about the neighborhood, proximity to nearby attractions in the city. This dude got paid $50 to show up and ramble some incoherent garbage about the heated floors and pool, then just called it a day.
I also work with with licensed real estate professionals and nothing about him seemed real. He claimed to be an agent but didn't mention his broker firm and didn't leap at the opportunity of free advertising.
