I started 5 house tags while watching this video! And made 2 of them double sided! Love!
Very nice journaling cards and would make nice bookmarks. Walk in Peace.
Oh, Natasha, this is sooooo lovely!! Could be fun and cute to let the door open with a 'secret' message behind it!! 😍
What a great idea
These are adorable! You could even cut out faces from photos that didn't come out so well or even out of magazines to put in the windows. Could be personalized that way. Love this idea...the red topped mushroom house is like a little fairy garden house.
Ooohhh yes or a clear window with a scene inside, or the whole wall opens out to see inside the house. Maybe pages for the rooms in the house, decorated for Christmas or Halloween or Valentine's etc. Stop it, Brain!! Tiny homes, tents, RVs ok I'll stop now... yachts...
@@recoveringsoul755 lol Natasha did say that you could just go on and on and on. So many great ideas.
That is a great idea especially is you are sending happy mail.
NOT joking but I started making houses few years ago and NOW watching your video confirmation from UNIVERSE I should make MORE houses as its part of an idea I had
It's TIME to have FUN
I am so happy to hear you don't use printables! I was getting so bummed because it was so expensive to print these pictures! Thank you so much!
I also love your sense of humor. The short scream cracked me up. Lol just being you makes your videos so much more enjoyable to watch.
Thank you so much Janice
I don't make journals but do make cards, so smaller houses will be fabulous focal points on my cards. Thanks for the tutorial!
This was so darn cute! I made one for the front of a new home card since I don’t do junk journal making. It came out adorable! THANK YOU!!!
A lough a minute... Whimsical, be u habitual and be merry.. Thank you for this gift. I will be using my scraps up also. Bless you.
Thank you so much 😊
Laughing out loud! I tend to worry about everything too. 😂🤣😂💙💙💙 Fun idea for scraps!
I haven't done any crafting for myself in months. After watching this video I turned the TV off and went straight into my crafting room to make some of these totally cute houses. Thank you so much for the inspiration.
Oh that makes me so happy! thank you :)
You crack me up! You are not only a fantastic artist.... you are very entertaining!
Thank you so much 😃
Lovely idea! Especially now that I have so much used wrapping paper from Christmas around. I could make Christmas themed houses and even make Christmas cards for next year out of them. 🥰
That's such a cute idea
Love this idea. I might make some to put on my book shelves next Christmas.
So it opens like a card? Brill idea!
Use old Christmas card material too!
Oh I love this idea.
These houses are so cute! I love these. I will have to make some! Thanks so much for sharing! ♥️☺️🫂🥀🌹🦉🍄🦋✨️
Honestly, mushroom house is my favorite :)
I absolutely love this craft concept, I'm going to use every last scrap I have and make these, AMAZING!!!!!! thankyou for sharing.
I love these! And I spit out my drink when you screamed, I needed the laugh, thank you.
They would be fun cards to send a friend.
This is my FAVORITE project yet!!!! The mason jars are a close second!!! Love love love!!!! So inspiring!!! ❤❤❤
Yay! Thank you!
Awesome project, not only for getting rid of all the Christmas scrap paper I have but also something fun for the grandkids!!! Two birds, one stone, lol! Thanks Natasha!!
I just pulled out a lot of my scraps, watched your video with my daughters (4 & 10) and all three of us created some beautiful houses and had a wonderful time together - thank you so much for the inspiration!!! And to give us a good starting point to not feel overwhelmed!
This project makes my heart sing. Thanks beyond words for yet another amazing, simple, fun and creative project.
I’m so glad, thank you!!
I am cracking up! So funny. I see things like you do!
These really are fun. I've dubbed your favorite for today as Larry Leisure Suit...it makes me think of the 60s/70s....all of them are great. Thanks so much for all of your inspiration.
Omg did you p!ay the Leisure Suit Larry computer game?
@@recoveringsoul755 No, I wasn't aware of the game. I just recall the 'type' depicted, with a modicum of scorn, in pop culture and TV shows of the era. Now I'm going to have to look up info about the game though :)
@@aptwalker2009 oh dear, it was from the 80's. I only played the first one. Larry's goal is to find a woman to sleep with him. It had some pretty seedy situations. Not sure about the sequel's.
@@recoveringsoul755 LOL, okay, well maybe not my cup of tea in that case.
Oh, Natasha! All it needs are pics of ur kids faces peeking thru the window!! That makes me so happy!
Just made one, inspired by this video - such fun! I found it works well to cut out and stick on windows and doors from magazines, and add a scrap of lace for chimney smoke. Any shape (teapot, boot etc) becomes a house, if you add windows, a door and a roof. As you say, the possibilities are endless...
Magnifique,j'aime beaucoup!
Great ideas!
YOU’RE JUST SO CREATIVE. I JUST HAVE TO DO SOME OF THESE! NOT ONLY FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER BUT FOR ME TOO- I’M 62!🤣
I think this is the cutest thing EVER! They are adorable! This is something the grand kids would love to make! I think it would be easy to make with scrap fabrics as well. You could just use some heat n bond to iron onto card stock and go to town! I love the possibilities! I’ve been playing around with the idea of doing a zoom meet up with my grand kids who are scattered from Ft. Worth to Florida and having a crafting session with all of them. Maybe mailing them a box of items to make a specific project and that way we could all be together crafting! I’m going to have to give this some more thought.
Love your idea and it's so cool to have a crafty zoom meetingvwith your grandkids. You are obviously a good grandma. Have fun. Ps...love the fabric idea. I'm a quilter so I have lots of scraps!
I luv this idea! So cute! They’ll enjoy receiving your Craft Box. Let us know how did it go 🏡 🏠
A good quality glue would probably work well for the fabrics. Great idea since I have lots of that. 😊
I love little houses! I saw your video about making things for a journal and had to check out this one. I think I'll start a sketchbook to fill with houses but will be hard for me to do wonky ones. Great idea to allow just 15 minutes for a quick project. Thank you!
These are so stinkin cute!!!!! What a great idea for a scrap buster. Will definitely be making these.
Love Thanks for sharing. Happy crafting on a budget 💲. Happy everything on a budget💲. See👁 you in the next 🎥 and on the flipside. 👼🌹
I've been fussing with trying to make houses with leftover scrap paper and here's your tutorial that's just perfect!! Thank you for your creative mind!!!
The universe is always ready to deliver 🤗✨😎
Love your little houses - Brilliant - tfs - 👵🏻🎨❤️🤗👍☃️🏠🏡🏘
Love your houses, Natasa! The chimney smoke detail is brilliant. 💖
What a fun thing to do with 3 little girls who live next door. We have painted together, and I gave them junk journals for Christmas.
OH, MY!!! What a positively ADORABLE idea! Thanks so much for sharing!!
The mushroomy one is my favorite, especially with the crazy stitching, the added hearts, circles and doodles! It is one i doubted the most at the beginning.
The mushroom house was my fave! That’s the type I’d do, I believe. Lovely little journal additions!
The first thought was this could be very fun to do with children as a craft day project.
What a cute idea!!! So many possibilities!! You can even make the roof flip up or down for more writing space or hidden messages or make the doors or windows flip open for hidden messages or pictures and tuck spots. LOVE these!!!! Tfs and have a wonderful day!!! 💗😊
cute idea; you could even have little people behind the doors and windows...
When you say it looks like a face, that reminds me of the old Disney cartoon called the little house. All the buildings and houses in the cartoon had different faces and moods. I love this idea; it is a great craft for kiddos.
The houses are precious! Just when I think I can’t see anything cuter.. love your videos as always.
Thank you so much 😊
The house that with the hearts for eyes looks like he's in love.
Like he just saw the love of his life and his face went wonky, he's drooling, and he's got one eye twitching.
I think these would be fun for happy mail also. Just enough writing space on the back for a quick note ❤️
What exactly is happy mail? I've heard her mention that term alot - is it just sending an encouraging card/note to someone?
@@mellibee100 , yes, I have a list of out of state friends, I try to send them some happy mail regularly. Sometimes it’s just a tag, or a little mini journal, or an oversized postcard with a collage on one side
So much for getting any chores done today! I must make tons of these!!! Thank you for so much inspiration. Congrats on 100k subs!!! ✌🧚♀️ AND I adore the mushroom one that you're uncertain about, it's favorite!
Mushroom is so cute!!
The mushroom ones are my fav too!
i love the mushroom also. it is so darling and these are exciting. nothing gettin done but these cut houses, make a neighborhood......😂 😍
This is so awesome. I've seen tiny houses with paper clips but I've made "ordinary' houses. I can't stop overthinking. I know this is a year old but you are still helping us newbies. Awesome video. THANK YOU. Now I need to get out of my head LOL
Love this, my Granddaughters will love helping with this project
Those mushroom houses are so cute.
These are precious! 😍 Thank you for sharing Natasha. 🌷
WOW! You are a amazing, just outstanding. They can be used for holidays all year around. Men would like camper shapes on birthday cards. You just open another door for me .....Thank you so much!
I'm totally inspired! I can't wait to do some of these.
This is such a cool idea. I have to admit my favorite one is the Mushroom with the "crazy "👀
Oh, what an original idea! Love it. Thanks so much for sharing Natasha! ❤️
Thank you so much :)
These are freaking adorable!!! They could be used as personalized place holders for dinner parties or receptions too. Fantastic!!! All fun and gorgeous! And this is "out of your comfort zone"!!!??? Lol!
Hehe Thank you so much 😊
The mushroom is one of my faves!!! Love all of the houses.
Put a small easel on the back and send as a card..." From my house to Yours"
Perfect. A very relaxing session during the time after the hectic Christmas makes.
Sandi, Canada
Love your idea!! ❤️
I love the mushroomy one that you didn’t initially like ❤. But what I love most is listening to you talk while you create such lovely whimsical art.
I had a good giggle when you screamed… and then laughed out loud when you said how annoying the scream was. ❤
I really like these. 😍
I subscribe to a few JJ channels, but yours is the only one where I actually make the projects.
I had a truly fun, blissful time making your paper ruffle ribbon (couldn’t stop and now I have several rolls that, honestly, I just like to look at). I have made your paper buttons, your book page bows and a few others of your ideas. Because I find your ideas just soooooo appealing and they are always fun to make.
Crafting is my therapy. I don’t even care how it looks in the end really - I mean, I am not trying to ‘get it right’ or be perfect or anything like that. It’s the peaceful place in my mind that it takes me to that is the priority. You say things like “don’t over think things”, “because why not?” and “just have fun” and you are so right. It is so helpful to hear you say things like that! 😳🤪
Thank you for all you share Natasa. Honestly, you are a joy. 😊🙏💝💐💕
Thank you so much 😊 That makes me so happy!
I love the mushroom.
Natasha it's such a treasure to watch your videos, Thank You so much for sharing your amazing talent
"how annoying was that scream I just did?!" I love your humor!
And those houses are so adorable!
These are so lovely Natasha. Perfect for a gnome or mushroom journal or in Christmas colors for a village. Love them. Ty for sharing.
They'd make a fun quirky holiday village. I've got brown paper and white, could make a Gingerbread house.
OH. MY. GOODNESS.!!!!! THESE ARE FABULOUS!!! I CANT WAIT TO START THESE. WONDERFUL IDEA!!!
Thank you so much 🤗
What a great way to use leftovers and to add some more fun to tag-making when we get tired of making standard tags. And at Xmas you can make tons of awesome ones with Xmas paper that would look great hanging on the tree!
Yes, I also thought about smaller Christmasy houses for the tree - a perfect project to do with my 4 granddaughters ☺️. Love how this project has sparked so much creativity!
Ooooh I love the crazy mushroom house ! ☺️☺️☺️
Whimsically wonderful! And you call this amazing collection something that is out of your comfort zone... The dramatization with the scream was creative 😊. On the product itself the chimney smock and black and white stitching on the windows were my favorite details.
The possibilities are endless. You could have the door swing open for a little treasure or the roof flip up for a secret journaling spot…..oh my…these little houses are superb!!😍
These are fabulous, they’re so different🤩 I love the idea of a big journalling tag - creative on the front and ( hopefully) on the back!
Fun! They Make Me Feel Happy! 💕🤗💕
Love them!!! Can’t wait to give this a try 😁
There so cute. They would be amazing a in a story book journal
So cute! I have never ever seen anything like this! Beautiful in a journal!
I have seen something a little like this, but in sewing on the TH-cam channel HandyMum Lin TV.
Wow Natasha! This idea grabbed me! Much respect for your talent!
Natasha: this is a cute idea, not only for a journaling card, but for a book-marker. Great party favors and place cards. Love them! Carol from California
Oh my, are we going to have fun with these! Brilliant!! They add a whimsical touch. Makes me want to do an Alice in Wonderland journal to play with proportions. Thanks for sharing!
Natasha, these are all fabulous!👍👍 They're so adorable, and it might be super fun to have them throughout in a fairy-themed journal. Also, they would be such a happy surprise in any other type of journal. I wish ideas like this just popped into my head. Thanks for the inspiration!🥰 Congratulations on 100K subscribers!🥂
Cute! Cute! Cute! I love whimsical houses and think this will be lots of fun. Thank you Natasha!
Oh I love this, you made it look so easy and you don't have to over think it. Thank you for sharing, I always look forward to seeing what you do next.
Thanks so much 😊
I just got some new neighbours. This would make a lovely housewarming card. 💚
Yessss!!!!!!
I’m two minutes in and love this idea already. Thank you for your constant inspiration.
The thing is gonna tell you I didn't watch the video but I did! I sat in the car while honey returned something and OMGOMGOMG... I watched you in the car and then got distracted until I could get home and tell you that you're WONDERFUL! thank you for this super fun idea. :D my favorites are two of the ones you don't like, so perhaps it's all personal or in person I'd pick different ones? Next year's theme for family gifting is going to be "Our House" so this is magnificently perfect!
Such a great idea! This is a fun project! Yours look very whimsical.💙
They're all lovely, and I love the mushroom house!
These house tags are ROCKIN' IT!!! You totally created a great new trend to add to our Junk Journaling!!!
I'm just now viewing this, 2 yrs after you created them. I have to say, "How Cute!". You are certainly creative. I have a lot of paper scraps to work (play) with. So i guess I need to get busy. Oh wait, its 930pm, maybe I'll begin the whimsical journey in the am. Thank you Natasha for your brilliant mind.
Arrggghhhh!!!! That yelling house was so funny 😅
I know this video is 2 years old now but, my favorite was the mushroom house 😍 I love the crazy windows!! Even before you added pieces to them. Very whimsical fairy vibes! 🧚♂️
Wow, l love them. I want to make a fairy journal n these wud look brilliant in it. Thanks so much for great ideas xxx
I'm watching this while recovering from Covid.
I'm not a crafter but really enjoyed it and I love your sense of humour 😄
Thank you so much :) I hope you feel better :)
Brilliant! I was wondering what I could do next. Tired of making the same bookmarks. I am totally starting this fun project later today. I don't do junk journals and don't sell anything so this is just a hobby rather than going bowling lol, and I stockpile them to give as a blessing gift or happy mail. Thanks for this new fab project!
I love the mushroom looking one. Especially the door! It's as if it's calling you to come on in to the forest.
These will make delightfully fun gift tags! ...or even a bookplate! You’re right the possibilities ARE ENDLESS! Natasha you are sooo creative. I’m making some. I already have a mushroom page in my current journal, I believe there is room on there for a “cottage journal tag”. 🤗 Happy New Year. I hope, hope, hope 2022 is a better place for all of us, especially our friends in Australia. 🏡❤️
ADORABLE!
So adorable. So whimsical. Great way to use up scraps that dont exactly coordinate. I have a tendency to always do matchy matchy. I can see this idea would help get a little quirky and fun! TFS!
These are adorable, Natasa! This project would definitely push me beyond my comfort zone but that’s how we grow! Thank you so much for the inspiration!! 👍🏼👏🏼😍
Thank you so much!
Whimsical..delightful..Perfect for stretching our imagination!! Thank you SO much 😊💚
Natasha, these are simply adorable. I love that you said don't overthink it. Just create. How fun. Especially for a quilter who must be so precise. I think that's why I'm drawn to junk journaling...it's not nearly so detailed. Both are wonderful crafts. Anyway, I love these and you are lovely! Thank you.
These are so cute - can’t wait to make these , easy , houses…
Christmas Gingerbread Houses could be fun. Akso thought of bushes and flowers around rhe doir for spring. Wonder how fabric scraps would work. So many possibilities...A whole book of hpuses with journal pages for stories about the houses. Oh my....
Can’t wait to play with some paper scraps! And the back is a full-size place to journal about places you’ve lived.
I love the mushroom house! It reminds me of the Flintstone’s house! Jan
Love these! They remind me of fairy houses.
What a great idea girl. Love this. I am definitely going to try this.
